We enjoyed our holiday. The location of the sanatorium is surrounded by forest. Nearby there is a small pond where you can spend hours watching the ducks and, of course, the round dance of fish. The sources are not far away. Nearby is an Orthodox church. Looking forward to next summer.

My mother and I were on vacation in June. We arrived at the airport and were met. They called us in Israel about the transfer. We arrived at the hotel for lunch, we were immediately accommodated and fed, and immediately had time to visit the doctor. So since Tuesday morning we have already been enjoying the spa treatments. A beautiful place. In the morning the birds sing, the air is wonderful. For lovers of walking, this is an excellent opportunity to cover long distances. If you drink water directly from the source, then you need to understand that it is a quick step of 15-17 minutes in one direction. Value for money without deception. If you want a more comfortable room, more varied food, then you need to go down closer to the center and, accordingly, pay a lot more. I made a choice in favor of price.

We were greeted very well and made an appointment with a doctor (we arrived on Catholic Easter) on Easter Monday, although it was a day off in the Czech Republic. Very friendly staff. All procedures were carried out on time, without failures. Since the sanatorium is surrounded by forest, we woke up to the singing of birds, which can also be considered a healing factor. By bus (stop at the entrance to the hotel) you can get to the city center, directly to the colonnade with drinking springs. Overall I really liked it.

The treatment at the sanatorium is very good, all procedures were carried out at the proper level, I would especially like to note the gas injections, we were satisfied with the food. The location was also good, not far from the center, in a quiet place, near a forest, good for a walk, enjoying nature. We visited for New Year 2015 and Christmas - a cultural program was organized. There is an Orthodox church nearby, a 10-minute walk, we went to the Nativity service. We liked everything, if we come again, and we will come, then to the Manes sanatorium, in the summer the surroundings are probably even more beautiful. Another plus is that there is treatment for children. We had a 7-year-old child with us, who also underwent procedures - massage, inhalations, pearl baths, mud applications.

“Manes” was recommended by friends who had already vacationed there with two children. We carefully studied the offers of other hotels, and as far as we understood, this is almost the only hotel where children are fully treated. Of the main advantages, I can only mention two: there is a forest area nearby, clean air, and there is a place to take a walk with the child. In the center of Karlovy Vary there is generally nowhere to walk with children, there are crowds of people and there is only asphalt everywhere. Secondly, very reasonable prices for accommodation and treatment. Few hotels can offer 900 euros for two for 10 days with 2 meals a day and treatment (25 procedures). Otherwise everything is at an acceptable level.
