We arrived at 7 pm, after registration we immediately went to dinner, because dinner was until 7:30 pm, and soon the manager came to pick us up to send us to the doctor one after another. My husband went first and returned within 5 minutes with our resort books. In fact, no doctor saw me or talked to me. Everything is somehow frivolous. During our 6 night stay, our bed linen and towels were not changed. In the dining room, we were seated on the passage to the kitchen (all guests are assigned a specific table), where every minute staff with plates flashed before our noses, but thank you, it wasn’t in the corridor! During our entire stay, they never cleaned our table, did not change the stained tablecloth, did not deign to simply sweep away the crumbs and sugar. The behavior of the waiters is very strange - walking past the dirty table 100 times to the kitchen and back to the hall, no one cleaned it up. The refrigerator in the room only hums, in fact it does not work at all. About treatment. We would say it's just light physical therapy. There is no drinking course there. But the girls from the treatment department tried very hard! We give everywhere a good rating, because for the money we paid it was really ok, but, of course, we won’t go there again!
