I ordered specifically for the purpose of receiving treatment. In fact, the doctor advised, as if he had listened to the problems, but the result was disastrous. The treatment ward is staffed by young boys who don’t care what happens to the patient. The procedures do not correspond to the list in the advertisement. Only now, while staying in Świeradów Zdroj, did I finally understand the deception: mud in Kołobrzeg was not prescribed after my request. And in Świeradowa Zdrój I receive mud brought from Kolobrzeg. The Ak es Medical Fit and Spa hotel does not fully live up to the title of a sanatorium. I paid for the procedures, but there was nothing to get there!

Hotel clean and well maintained. Staff always polite. Unfortunately, communication at reception is difficult. The rooms are too small for three weeks. We had Corona since December 30th, 2022 and had to stay in the room. The food that was delivered was far too much. It was a shame that we had to give so much back. We left on January 3rd, 2023. Kolberg is an old town with history. As a guest in Kolberg, it is definitely worth finding out something about this, e.g. B. on a guided tour. The promenade, the pier and the lighthouse invite you to visit and take a walk. The long sandy beach of Kolberg is worth seeing and is well visited in summer. There is so much more to say here.

We were in the suburb of Kolobrzek, 14 km from the city. Very chic places. Shore, forest, lake. You can get to the city by bus for 10 zlotys one way. I liked it better in Dzwirzyno, it’s calmer here. Although I think that in summer it’s not so calm here either. There are a lot of campsites here. We really liked it here.
