The hotel is located about 14 km from Kolberg but access to the beach is very close. Unfortunately we were there in February and all the shops were closed. We had to drive to Kolberg to buy a pair of bathing shoes. The swimming pool was great.

I ordered specifically for the purpose of receiving treatment. In fact, the doctor advised, as if he had listened to the problems, but the result was disastrous. The treatment ward is staffed by young boys who don’t care what happens to the patient. The procedures do not correspond to the list in the advertisement. Only now, while staying in Świeradów Zdroj, did I finally understand the deception: mud in Kołobrzeg was not prescribed after my request. And in Świeradowa Zdrój I receive mud brought from Kolobrzeg. The Ak es Medical Fit and Spa hotel does not fully live up to the title of a sanatorium. I paid for the procedures, but there was nothing to get there!

Hotel clean and well maintained. Staff always polite. Unfortunately, communication at reception is difficult. The rooms are too small for three weeks. We had Corona since December 30th, 2022 and had to stay in the room. The food that was delivered was far too much. It was a shame that we had to give so much back. We left on January 3rd, 2023.
