Positives

Beds were very good. Location of the house very good. Wi-Fi reception in the room was good.

Negatives

Construction noise on our 11th floor up to 89dB (measured!) Construction dirt into the room (gray haze) and still no daily cleaning. Normally compensation would have to be paid. Sauna and swimming pool stay only 1 hour per day and only with advance reservation (limited participants) at 4:00 p.m./5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. Toilet/shower in room very small. Unfortunately no German TV channel. Food - you've had your fill. Main course was always almost cold when it was served. Raw food very tasty. Only tea for dinner, no juices despite the machine, which was only in operation for breakfast.

Positives

Very good applications but too short a time. 10 minutes a massage is not enough. Some applications 3 minutes are not possible at all.

Negatives

Anyone who arrives at 7 p.m. on the day of departure will not receive any food. No parking reservation! I should look for a parking space in the city. Reception, little German, lots of misunderstandings. Full board is a joke. Lunch without choice, if you don't show up on time, the soup tureen is left on the table. The small main course is already there and is covered with the soup plate so that it doesn't get completely cold. No choice of drinks. In the evening, with full board, a warm buffet is common! Here there was a cold buffet and a warm snack. All I could drink was tea.

Positives

Proximity to the sea, promenade near the hotel, various attractions at hand.

Negatives

The biggest problem is the elevators, but it's not scary, you can get used to it.

Positives

No problems with the service staff. Thanks to them. The pool in the evening is excellent with two saunas.

Negatives

Hi all. Let's start with the transfer. We were offered a transfer from the airport to the sanatorium for 90 euros per person one way. That is, a transfer for two is 360 euros. A taxi happily took us from the Szczecin airport to the sanatorium for 80 euros and then came and took us back to the airport. Total 160 euros. First question. Treatment! The first time at the sanatorium we were treated like suckers. You will also be scammed, don’t worry if you don’t read what I write. Usually, when you come to a normal sanatorium for a week, the medical staff or your doctor will say or say the following phrase - a week is not enough, you should come for at least 10 days. Of course, I cannot answer for all sanatoriums, but in Jurmala, Karlovy Vary, Truskavets they will tell you this. We bought a ticket for a week, arrived on Monday and left on Monday. The package included 15 procedures! Amazing! In reality, we arrived on Monday and left on Friday evening. Why? We had 15 procedures done in 4 days. That's right, whoever goes to a sanatorium to relax will ask - what are you doing, my friend! How is it possible! Mud wrap and an hour later a hydrogen sulfide bath! Yes, you will plant your heart! In this sanatorium you will not plant or treat anything. For example - a massage for 10 minutes. Mud can only be applied to either the knees or the feet, not both. There is no hydrogen sulfide, at least they didn’t give it to us, although it is in the advertisement. Conclusion for the future - now when advertising a sanatorium, it is necessary to clarify - how long is the massage? What kind of mud specifically and how exactly is it used and for how long? The doctor speaks neither English nor Russian. It immediately seemed strange to me that one doctor herself prescribes procedures and distributes them to such a large hotel. And it takes her about 10 minutes. The doctor doesn’t have a second appointment. True, why do we need it?! The Russian Germans left with us a day earlier but said that they would demand a refund for the last day. And the Poles who looked at this sanatorium for treatment spat and remembered how good it was for them to relax in Druskinai. A! Why did we leave on Friday and not, as we were supposed to, on Monday? There are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday, even if they were scheduled. Baltic Sea! The smell of pine, special air! There are no pines there, only some maples and the air is not healing. There is no mineral water either. It doesn’t even make sense to say that there are no Russian and English channels on TV. The hotel announcements are in Polish and German only. All the best to everyone, be careful when ordering a sanatorium and transfers.

Positives

It was a nice day, the therapists were nice, the reception staff were friendly and you could communicate

Negatives

According to sanatoriums.com what was signposted below at the hotel are the types of treatment, some of which the hotel does not offer. It would be better if exact types of treatment were specified for each hotel so that you wouldn't be disappointed afterwards. The doctor is only there once, writes things down and you have to wait until he gets there. You can't just discuss with a nurse that you want certain treatments, for example. That the doctor has to prescribe.

Negatives

Unfortunately, as Germans, we didn't feel welcome in the hotel right from the start. The receptionist was unfriendly, hardly spoke any German and, above all, didn't give any information about the parking situation in front of the hotel. Even unloading our suitcases is not allowed and that took us 30 minutes Cost 1000 zl fine. Overall, the reception staff were unfriendly and had little knowledge of German. The cafe on the 12th floor advertised on the internet was closed and was being renovated, which I think could also be done in winter. The TV program had no German channels, only Euronews could be received, which was very unsatisfactory given the current political situation. I cannot recommend Kolberg and especially the Hotel Perla Baltyku to anyone.
