Almost no one at the reception knows languages... German, Russian, IT, English. At least a little bit..bad,.medical examination..measure blood 2 times, 1 time mini ECG...is this an examination? Very weak with leisure, one might say... there is nothing. The food is so-so, sometimes in the morning there is not enough for everyone. Accommodation in the room...extremely negative, simple accommodation...dirt, torn curtains, dust, huge spiders.. for 2 weeks the bed has never been made, the dust has not been wiped off, nor vacuum the floor. A towel thrown on the bed, toilet paper on the tank... that's it. Is this a service? The first and last time I was here...Tut mir leid, I just threw away 900€ and gave it to the “service staff”. Normally, I would have to demand part of the money for “accommodation”. Oh well, next time I’ll think about it...

A calm place with fresh air and a pleasant friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty to choose from. All the treatment rooms, the spa and the cafe are nearby, in the neighboring hotel Prusik. The treatment is good enough, and the medical staff is pleasant and helpful.

Previously, we rested and received treatment in Karlovy Vary, but we saw information on the sanatoriums website about Konstantinovy Lazne and that cardiovascular diseases are treated here, and we decided to try it. The city is quiet and quite picturesque, especially in early spring, there are places to walk, many beautiful parks, a lake, and a sufficient number of attractions. There are also advantages to the treatment, it takes place in a nearby hotel, where there are modern medical rooms, new equipment, and most importantly, an attentive doctor and pleasant honey. sisters! Thanks to them and competent procedures, we felt much better! And the main thing is that the schedule of procedures is very convenient, you can have time to walk around the city and relax. Good price. The hotel rooms are quite comfortable and have a beautiful view from the window. Near the park and within walking distance there is a source with very tasty and healthy drinking water. I liked the staff, polite and always with a smile on their face
