The four-star Queens Hotel & Wellness is situated in the central part of the resort, at a distance of 1400 meters from the Colonnade. On one side, the hotel is surrounded by a forest, while on the other, it has direct access to the Resort park.

Opened in the summer of 2021, the hotel offers a total of 38 rooms, including 15 "Superior Deluxe" rooms, 3 "Superior" rooms, 13 Junior suites, 3 suites, 3 standard apartments, and 1 duplex apartment. Small dogs are allowed, and they are welcome in the restaurant. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the premises.

The hotel's spa center is divided into public and private areas. The public area features a jacuzzi for 12 people, 2 pools, steam and Finnish saunas, a Kneipp path, an ice well, an ice shower, and a relaxation zone. In the private section, there is a jacuzzi for 6 people, a Finnish sauna, a cold pool, a shower with a bucket, and a relaxation zone. The cost of accessing the private wellness area is 890 CZK / ~ 36 EUR for 2 people for 50 minutes.

The hotel does not have a traditional medical department, but the spa center offers 9 types of massages, ultrasound treatment, facial chemical peels, paraffin hand wraps, and inhalation with mineral water from the Forest Spring.

The Queens Hotel does not have a full-fledged medical department; instead, it offers massage rooms, inhalation sessions, paraffin procedures, and a cosmetic salon. The hotel specializes in hosting various competitions, training camps, and tournaments for tennis. Additionally, it is worth noting that the best view can be enjoyed from the terrace of apartment No. 505.
