The “Sanatoriums” portal is clear and easy to use. Payment and confirmation perfect. Mariánské Lázně nice spa town, no comparison to the larger Karlovy Vary.

In winter, the outdoor springs are all closed and winterized. You can only get spring water for drinking treatment in the pavilion. In winter you can ski, the slopes have snow and are groomed. Even in winter, Marienbad is beautiful and worth seeing.

A cozy city with parks, forest trails of varying lengths, cafes and a promenade (however, some restaurants leave much to be desired). There are grocery stores nearby, where you can buy groceries and take care of gifts.

I liked the resort, but the hotel itself was not very good. If you compare price and quality, it does not correspond. The doctor has the feeling that he prescribes the same thing for almost everyone, and doesn’t listen at all about the problems that are bothering you. The staff during the procedures are very rude, although the services are not cheap.

We only stayed in the hotel for four days in total, it was a nice break, the wellness area is small, but not a single day was full, you could enjoy swimming and sauna sessions, the loungers were always in stock. Staff, whether reception, restaurant, room service or treatments - everyone is super friendly!!! The location of the hotel is very nice, with lots of opportunities for walks when the weather is nice. We'd love to come back!

Good location (central), 5 minutes to the Trinkkur Kolonada, as well as to the forest and large car parking lot. Park nearby and about 7-10 minutes to Kaufland. It's better to change money than pay in euros outside the hotel. Treatments are exceptional and good for the body and soul and last 15-20 minutes each. The room has a coffee machine, TV, refrigerator, bath towels and a bathrobe with slippers. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a sauna on the 1st floor, but you have to report to reception as only a maximum of 6 people are allowed in there. The restaurant takes into account any intolerances, just let us know. You can go swimming for free in a chic partner hotel (approx. 10 minutes on foot or by bus/troleybus), just let the reception know, take a free towel and enjoy, but until 6 p.m.
