The rooms are clean, the maids at the hotel are great, they didn’t notice a speck of dust during the entire period! All staff work promptly and competently. Each of our requests (replace the pillow, set up a Russian channel, etc.) was fulfilled very quickly. Delicious breakfast, served as a buffet, the portions in the restaurant are large, filling, you won’t leave hungry!

The location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters to the park and all attractions, while the hotel itself is quiet, which is especially important in the summer. There are restaurants nearby with very good Czech cuisine, and in the hotel itself the breakfasts are good and varied. The room was clean, with a beautiful view from the window, the best thing was that the bed was comfortable, we played it safe and took our own pillows, but it turned out to be unnecessary, the bed linen was fresh and new, in general we slept wonderfully. Cleaning took place regularly, bathrobes, towels, everything was soft and comfortable. The water is not chlorinated, pleasant, and did not cause dryness or irritation for my sensitive skin. The service was absolutely not annoying, each visitor was left to his own devices.
