The hotel is located on the edge of the city park, a very convenient location in relation to the springs and thermal baths and to the center of the town. I lived on the 5th floor, a room with all the necessary attributes for a normal stay. The food at the hotel (I had full board) is of a very good standard (especially seafood), but all drinks for lunch and dinner are not included in the booking price. When checking out, you need to pay attention to the restaurant bills (thanks to Olga, who worked at the reception, for her help in resolving this issue). Treatment in Terme. It’s very bad that there is no Russian-speaking doctor (although there is one in the presentation on the website) and I was faced with the problem that the Term employees did not have any information about me, i.e. There was no booking for the treatment package. Thank you that the world is not without kind people, otherwise there would be a very big problem in understanding between the patient and the doctor. Overall, I really enjoyed my vacation, because there is such nature around that all these shortcomings are simply erased. The water suited me very well, the drinking colonnade is beautiful and everything is organized very decently - from providing a cup for drinking to light music that relaxes. And the opportunity to take the train and go to Portofino or Manarola or Florence and Pisa is beyond praise! Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back was organized for me by the website, very quickly despite the early departure. So thanks to sanatoriums.com for the hotel and the town itself, and I will order more.Negatives

Nice quiet hotel, close to the main park and music venues. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great shower, nice pool. Attentive staff. The room had a view of the park and the old town. Decent breakfast, buffet for every taste, typical for Italy. Nice marble bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay and we recommend this hotel

Comfortable room with a large double bed and a good mattress. The size of the rooms and the bathroom is very decent. Beautiful view from the window on the mountains. Nice place - close to the center. Nice park near the hotel. Very nice and attentive girls at the reception! Good coffee for breakfast, the pool bar had a really large selection of drinks and coffee.

Great hotel, not very central, but very quiet, with spacious rooms that are designed for common use, clean and cozy rooms. Fresh and quality international breakfast. Everything is great! The spa is fantastic, impeccably managed with attentive and qualified staff. Excellent food.
