Уважаемая Ярош Ярош, спасибо за оставленный Вами отзыв. К нашему сожалению Вы остались недовольны пребыванием в нашем отеле. Вы правы, лечение проводится не в отеле. Все лечебно-оздоровительные процедуры для гостей проводятся в современном лечебном комплексе «Terme Redi», расположенном в 550 метрах от отеля о чем написано на сайте. С этой информацией ознакомиться может каждый при бронировании. Относительно уборки, то ранее жалоб от наших гостей не поступало. В любом случае, наш персонал готов помочь в любых вопросах если гость обращается. Надеемся, что при следующем визите Вы останетесь довольны. С уважением.

The hotel does not live up to its declared 5 stars; there is no spa in the hotel itself, as such. The furniture is all very old. The hotel corresponds to 3 stars.

Impressed by the resort of Montecatini, a great place for good treatment. Mud procedures certainly put a strain on the body, you can feel it if you go through the procedure every day. The treatment center has an excellent thermal pool. Montecatini is the number one resort for me personally!!

The hotel is wonderful, we had a cozy and large room, a very comfortable bed. Polite attentive staff. I liked the treatment. There are many types of massages, I would like to note the well-trained massage therapists. The resort has strong thermal water inhalations.

My husband and I came to relax at the Grand Hotel La Pace on Vaclav’s recommendations. The hotel is of course expensive... well, it has everything for a good holiday full of wonderful impressions. We were satisfied with the service, and also with the treatment service. Good massage therapists, in general the spa staff is very professional. Varied food, everything fresh. The room is comfortable, clean, with a wonderful view of the city.. Complete rest and relaxation.
