The big minus is that we were not met at the airport as booked. We called the driver, called the sanatorium office, but no one answered the phone. I had to take a taxi and pay much more than expected. Also, when I came for treatment with my sister, it turns out that my sister was not included in the list of patients and only thanks to the doctor everything was restored. We reported all these problems to the sanatorium office, but they didn’t even answer us, which was extremely unpleasant. They said wait for an answer and we still haven't received anything. so be careful that you are included in the list of patients, otherwise you may arrive and not receive proper treatment because time will already be lost or occupied by other patients

The medical cottage is located very far from the hotel. The Treatment itself leaves much to be desired. There are no massages that were promised in the booking. The treatment process itself is at a very low professional level. The air conditioning in the hotel room practically does not work, staying in the room on a hot day and night is difficult. Lack of soundproofing in the room.
