Hotel Mediterraneo does not have its own medical facilities, like all spa hotels in Montecatini Terme, but it has an excellent location near the park and the distance to all thermal spas is short and through a wonderful park. Good water for drinking course. And I really liked the mud and after it the bath with thermal water and ozone. There are only the kindest words about the hotel staff - family atmosphere, friendly employees, always ready to serve. The kitchen is just superb. Special respect to the hotel cook. Since the administration of Terme di Montecatini had no notification of our arrival from the Sanatoriums, my daughter and I had a very unfortunate schedule of procedures - with large time intervals between procedures and not together. Moreover, an employee of the Terme administration said that if information about the arrival of vacationers had been sent in advance, then the time of the procedures could have been reserved in advance

The hotel is small, but very cozy and nice. The staff is friendly, caring and responsive. Any problems that arose were resolved quickly. There is a wonderful park nearby. The outdoor restaurant in the park is a very nice option. The rooms have air conditioning. The owner of the hotel, Signora Francesca, is an excellent manager and a very nice person.Negatives
1. The morning buffet is monotonous. For those who came for two weeks, this monotony is tiring. Our meals were NV (breakfast + dinner). But fresh vegetables are only available for an additional fee according to the menu. You can buy fruit and vegetables, but shops are few and far between. 2. The hotel is not close to the springs and the medical center. On the one hand, this is good for those who want to lose weight and move more. But for people with health problems, you need to look for a hotel closer. 3. The hotel has not been renovated for a very long time with all the ensuing consequences for plumbing and furniture. The pictures on the website refer only to three (!) renovated rooms. It is not a fact that you will end up in them. 4. Treatment is not provided at the hotel. All treatment takes place in a separate medical center. Unfortunately, sanatorium.com only two days before leaving for the resort sent information that the 18 procedures offered for 2 weeks are standardly as follows: 6 days of drinking course, 6 mud wraps, 6 thermal baths with ozone, 6 massages of 10 minutes + 1 doctor's examination. Price: 357 Euro (price included in booking). If these procedures are not suitable for you or you would like others, then replacements are not possible. You can simply not use this voucher and, accordingly, not pay for it. But then the treatment you choose is paid for at full price according to the medical center’s price list, including the doctor’s examination. Меню для гостей на доске включает как минимум 2 блюда из вареных овощей для каждого приема пищи и входит в стоимость. Мы сожалеем, если другие были предложены вам для оплаты. Изображения на сайте не превосходят комнату. Номера повышенной комфортности имеются в каталоге санаториев, но и в третий раз, когда вы забронировали номер, это был стандартный двухместный номер. The hotel is located at the entrance to the central spa park and the summer terrace of the restaurant is located in the park itself. It is a five minute walk to the city centre and the drinking gallery is just as far away through the beautiful park. The hotel is very cozy, stylized as an old country house. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable beds. We were very satisfied with food, took a full board. Mostly Italian cuisine, but we had no idea that it was so diverse. It seemed to us that for fifteen days the menu was almost never repeated, except for desserts. A huge thank you to all the staff - polite, friendly, very attentive, always ready to fulfill any request. We felt as at home. Special thanks to waitress Diana, who helped us with the selection of Italian cuisine. We really want to come more than once. We are also very pleased with the quality of the treatment, but this is an evaluation of the Redi Medical Center, where it is conducted.Negatives

First of all, the great advantage of the hotel is its staff. Caring young people who will always help, quickly bring an extra pillow, or tell you how to get to various attractions in Italy. There is a beautiful park area around the hotel, so in the morning you can feel the fresh air in the room. Good food, a large selection of different dishes, interesting presentation, large portions, and the chef also takes into account your wishes.

Our Hotel is located right almost in the park. Very beautiful view from the balcony. Treatment strictly according to schedule, without fuss and queues. Everything in the medical building is very convenient. It's great that there is a partner hotel with an outdoor pool and hydromassage in a small pool.

The hotel is good, at a reasonable price. The treatment is at a very good level and the quality of the procedures is very different from what we saw on vacation in the Czech Republic.
