I went to the sanatorium for the first time, on the recommendation of a friend who was in this sanatorium in 2018! To be honest, when I was traveling, I was a little worried about what the conditions would be there, what doctors would be like, what the treatment would be like, and in general the attitude towards visitors! When I arrived, I realized from the first minutes that I was worrying in vain! The living conditions, and the sanatorium itself, turned out to be completely good! The sanatorium staff, from the cleaning lady to the chief doctor, turned out to be friendly, attentive, polite people, ready at any time to answer all your questions, even if there are a lot of them and if any arise, and to help with any problem if one suddenly arises! As for the treatment itself, the basic procedure is, of course, a naphthalan bath; there are also additional procedures that the doctor prescribes for you! In terms of procedures and treatment itself, I have no complaints, I received everything that could be obtained during treatment in this sanatorium! It’s better to come for the first time for 21 days, then you can do 14! Of course, there is an effect from the treatment, but everything has its time, you don’t need to know instant relief from all diseases, relief will come, but you will have to wait a little while Naftalan does its job in our body! So, whoever still thinks or doubts, feel free to go to the wonderful Naftalan sanatorium, you will regret it and by the way, you don’t have to be sick at all for this, just come for prevention, change the environment, change the climate for a while, heal your nerves, and just relax! The only thing I would like to write that I didn’t really like was the food, it’s kind of monotonous. I would recommend that the sanatorium diversify the menu, make it a little more varied! I would add more national dishes to the menu, fortunately there are quite a few of them in Azerbaijan and basically all the dishes are very tasty! And that’s basically all!

We were a little worried about the negative reviews about this hotel, but still the price was very reasonable and we decided to go. Let me say right away that we were VERY SATISFIED. We were quickly accommodated in a very comfortable room with a balcony (everything corresponded to the description on the website). Comfortable pillows and mattresses, a balcony in the room, since the hotel is located in a quiet place, in the room you could always go out onto the balcony, admire Naftalan and breathe fresh air. Excellent food, prepared taking into account all requests. Large selection of dishes, everything was very tasty. I can also only say good things about the staff; throughout our stay, they always listened carefully and gave advice. Cleaning was carried out daily, the maids are very delicate, they always specify at what time it is convenient for us to have them clean the room. We can talk endlessly about the treatment, since treatment with naphthalan is very effective, many vacationers with us noticed this. They also organized an entertainment program with dancing and live music. Overall, we would like to say that the hotel pleasantly surprised us and we will come back here as soon as possible!
