By the end of treatment, many began to sneeze and cough. Julia contracted Covid there. Very uncomfortable. Recommendation: install devices for disinfecting premises and carry out this work after completing the procedures and after a certain time during the day.

The work of a massage therapist was not always performed in good faith. Paraffin is the most terrible procedure. It is done in a prehistoric way. Paraffin is simply heated in a saucepan and then immediately applied to the skin. The burning sensation is unbearable. Absolutely all the guests complained. You can buy an electric paraffin heater and save people from suffering.

I took treatment in the spa hotel from 07 to 20 of October 2019. The overall impression from the transfer to Naftalan, accommodation in the spa hotel, the quality of treatment, food and work of all staff is excellent. I can safely recommend this spa hotel to others. The only drawback (if you can call it a minus) a small area around the spa hotel. In the evening it gets dark early, but I would like to take a walk after a hearty and delicious dinner.

Poor room cleaning, in 14 days the bed was changed once, the towel was changed once. Robes and towels for taking naphthalan baths were not changed at all, they always answered that they were not. They never provided soap and shampoo (this should be mandatory in 4-star hotels). I would like the rooms to have tea supplies (tea, sugar, coffee). They missed fish and meat to diversify the menu; there was very little fruit. Leisure problem! For a reception worker, learning Russian is a MUST!!! He is the face of the company, he greets all the guests of the sanatorium, but he cannot explain himself, he cannot give any advice!!!

There are some shortcomings in the room we stayed in: there are not enough sockets, there is only one socket for the refrigerator and kettle. We had to put the kettle on the floor to another socket(. The balcony door and window close very poorly, or rather in a strong wind (and we found ourselves in just such weather) when closed, it siphons out of the windows very much. The curtain flies almost to the ceiling and The whistle of the wind through the crack did not let me sleep. I had to call a repairman. This is the fifth floor, the windows are at the entrance. The wind is almost always in the windows. In hot weather this is probably a plus, but not in our case. Another note about the dining room. They never serve food for dinner a teaspoon (explaining that it is not allowed and they steal), although there is tea and granulated sugar on the table. Many people like sweet tea. Every day I had to ask for a spoon. At lunch there is a spoon, but why? Rarely anyone drinks tea at lunch, since on the third course is sweet compote, and in the evening there is tea and no spoon?! I would also like to draw attention to paraffin procedures. The procedure is done anyhow. The temperature of the paraffin is different every time, once the husband almost screamed in pain, to which he was told to be patient, My leg was red all day. Thank God there were no burns! Is this really right? Probably I should have informed the head doctor, but my husband decided simply not to go anymore rather than endure such torment. They don’t smear anything under paraffin, although we heard from people that they used to smear oil first, and then paraffin.

The declared 4-star sanatorium does not meet the standards for the range of services expected of four-star hotels; the only thing that fits into this level is the size of the rooms, which are quite spacious. The rest (unsanitary conditions in the physiotherapy department, quality of food, room equipment, level of service in the rooms, cleaning) correspond only to 3 *., no more. I am writing this so that people going to this sanatorium know what awaits them and not built unnecessary illusions.
