Since all the drinks were made from preservatives, I was simply afraid to drink this chemical; I made do with water. Regarding nutrition, I can only express one gratitude: I lost 2 kg. for me this is very good. Regarding the procedures, the doctor does not speak Russian, in such cases they should invite someone from the staff who somehow speaks the language as a result, I did not receive the necessary explanations regarding the prescribed procedures according to what system and why this or that procedure was prescribed and their number. I believe that on the site you should give your recommendations on the best time of arrival for treatment. What are we talking about? What I bought on the voucher are 43 procedures; in fact, I only received 36; why are there days when they do not work, plus the day of arrival and departure? If I took a ticket from such a subtle point, I need to clearly say how much tipulim I will receive and advise when it is better to arrive in order to use time more efficiently. Regarding the staff during the procedures, the people were mostly pleasant, but let’s say during the mud and paraffin procedure, the man was not responsive and patient all the time I was tense, nervous and angry with me when I didn’t understand what they wanted from me due to not knowing the Slovak language.
