The information on the Internet before the trip was different from that cat. was at the time of booking and was generally unclear. Having not received a clear answer, we called the hotel in Slovenia ourselves and found out everything. Our wish (we apologize for the tautology): wishes, cat. You suggest we write when booking and send it to the hotel immediately, since upon arrival we were given the same room. was free. We were told that the wish had just arrived, and not in advance. True, the next day the room was changed... There are no complaints about everything else. We were satisfied with the rest and treatment.

Slow staff, the level of service is satisfactory. Any question takes several days to be clarified and remains unanswered. There is a crowd of 5 hotels in the pools. Not a single SANATORIUM phone answers. Customer support service does not work. This is not the first time I have noticed that the information posted on the SANATORIUM website does not correspond to reality.

Very nice memories of the sunny Portoroz and the hotel Neptun. Wide swimming pools, warm water, quality food, room with sea view. The city itself is beautiful, with well-groomed terraces. Near a lot of entertainment facilities. Everyone will find here entertainment to their liking!

We had a rest at the end of March, we were lucky, it was sunny weather. We enjoyed the pool and spa treatments. In summer, this hotel is a great choice as the beach is close by, with a restaurant, bar and mini club on the beach.

-Good location: close to the beach and the main tourist street with shops and restaurants, and also to the bus stop if you want to see Piran; Amazing thermal pools. This was the best thing about this hotel; - my daughter really liked the children's playroom, where she ran away every evening before bed; - The staff was very friendly and helpful; - I liked the selection of fruits and yoghurts for breakfast
