Very good and comfortable living and dining conditions. There is a desire to return. A huge swimming pool and many saunas help cleanse the body along with drinking Danat water and get pleasure. A warm passage between the hotel and the medical center allows you to go to procedures and to the pump room in any weather in comfortable conditions. The room was spacious and after renovation, this is my 3rd time being treated in this hotel, and this time I liked the room the most. The treatment is good, but very expensive. Very helpful staff in the restaurant; at our request, when we were delayed on an excursion, dinner was served to our room.Negatives
It took a very long time to find out what procedures were included in the program and to regulate the issue of payment between the medical center and the hotel. For the future, I would like to know before arriving at the sanatorium what treatment program is included in the payment.

The treatment was not very satisfying. The massage therapists changed every time. This is not advisable. At the reception they smile and agree, but do everything their own way. The food is disgusting. The food is tasteless and monotonous. Allows you to make salads from foods not eaten the day before or serve them chopped the previous day. The staff allows themselves to enter the room without knocking. Both maids and employees. I had a case when I was changing clothes and suddenly the door opens, an employee from the reception comes in with a lady to show her my number!!!!!! There was never any staff at the pool. If something happens, there is no one to help.

Internet quality in the hotel. Due to your occupation, you need to keep in touch with the office or you just want to see some. This can only be done on the ground floor in the common reception room. The quality of the Internet in the rooms is disgusting. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The hotel is located next to the medical center and is connected to it by a passage. Has a wonderful private wellness center with two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Great restaurant. Live music in the evening. The food at the buffet is varied. Slovenians are very friendly people, always ready to help! Beautiful weather in July. Not a single rain! My rating is excellent. By the way, your prices are really better than the offers of many other companies. However, in my opinion, I would prefer only accommodation with breakfast, since all hotels have very inconvenient meal times. Breakfast - from 7-00 to 10-00. Great. Lunch - from 12-00 to 14-00. Too early. Dinner - from 18-30 to 20-00. Too late. For those who lead a healthy, active lifestyle, eating after 18-00 is not advisable. Thank you.
