I really liked it. We were there in mid-April, everything was starting to bloom, the hotel is located in a kind of forest adjacent to the botanical garden. Quiet, calm, good food, for every taste. The contingent of vacationers were over 60, so it was calm; we 50-year-olds looked young compared to them. If you want to relax your soul and body, then come here!

The cleaning staff knocks on the door and opens it with their own key immediately and runs in! Not waiting for a reply at all! Very individual and boring breakfast, the same menu for 2 weeks. With omelette, fried and boiled eggs, fried and boiled sausages and very salty fried bacon. NO POORGY AT ALL! Had better breakfast in 3 star hotel! Evening food was better varied, but usually very salty! And you don't even get regular water, which has to be bought! with!

There is no information about the sights, no brochures, no maps, absolutely nothing, no excursions, i.e. there is no cultural program and it is impossible to find out. There are no local bus schedules. They smoke everywhere in the hotel, although they write that it is a non-smoking hotel. You can’t open a window or balcony, it’s full of smoke, it’s very disgusting. This is a huge drawback. Food is often oversalted, especially meat. Sometimes there are no empty seats in the restaurant for dinner; once I had to wait for almost an hour. But the main thing is the smoking. We won't go there again

The rooms are large enough, bright and comfortable, beautiful view from the window. The quality and variety of dishes is high. Good internet signal. The hotel is in a good location in the city center, close to shops and the castle and is directly connected to the arboretum.

Breakfasts and dinners (self-service) were excellent, wide enough choice and very tasty. The staff was polite and attentive. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious. Perfect facilities for everyone: traditional Hungarian dinner on Fridays, sauna, massage, spa and so on.
