This is not true, there are no robes there, much less slippers. You have to wear outerwear during the procedures; in the bathhouse there is a wardrobe where you can undress. But it's quite uncomfortable

We would like to note the well-coordinated and efficient work of the sanatorium team. All procedures were useful and carried out precisely in time and quantity according to the voucher. I would especially like to note the warm attitude of the staff. For those who love peace and quiet, a heavenly place. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day and the bed changed once a week.Negatives

We booked the Central Hotel, but it turned out that we were offered to stay at the newly opened Vietoris Hotel. No regrets! The rooms are new, beautiful, as we were told, they installed new air conditioners, updated the floors and generally did a good renovation. VERY polite staff, food and treatment were not disappointing either. I recommend it to everyone!Negatives
Apparently we were one of the first customers after the opening; not everything had gotten used to it yet. A couple of times there were delays with procedures or with the sauna, but these are minor things.

The appartament is nonergonomic ( bathroom, the doors opening interferating with wardrobe doors) and too much furniture, TV, refrigerators. At the restaurant you are sitting with other peoplen - no privacy, only water- no tea, no other drinks in lunch and dinner. Waiters are in hurry to get you hot main dish - no time for soup, salads.

There are a lot of negatives. The treatment did not help, I arrived in much better condition. Doctor's answer: you have old skin, and the itching comes from the inside, we can't help you. Then let them indicate the age limit for treatment. I wouldn’t go. The food does not take into account the specifics of skin diseases, there was nothing to order, so you had to eat what was offered or remain hungry. Well, at least I asked for porridge in the morning. That's why my stomach hurt almost all the time. There is no one who speaks or can help with Russian. There was no accompaniment, but I really wanted to go to Vienna, Bratislava and others. Katarina said do it yourself, we don’t understand Russian

Great location, near the main square of the city. The hotel offers very high quality spa treatments. Personally convinced of the qualifications of massage therapists. Despite the fact that 2 out of 6 days was rainy, our stay was wonderful.
