The spa treatments were a joke. Worst mass processing, both in terms of anamnesis and treatment. The treatment woman in House A is rude & rude and harassed me when I rescheduled an appointment because I was unwell. Shame yourself. The reception is unprofessional and quickly overwhelmed. I expect more from a 4 star hotel. Most employees don't wear name tags (why?).

The treatment aunt (Kamila?) in House A is often in a bad mood and behaves like a service queen from the People's Republic of the 1980s. The reception is professional when it comes to handing out bathrobes, but is otherwise quickly overwhelmed. A disgrace for a 4 star hotel. Most employees don't wear name tags (why?)

The hotel and the grounds are clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. The hotel's location is central and surrounded by the park and forest, which are ideal for a walk. Was here for the first time, would like to come again.

The term "Spa" in the hotel name mocks its description. The information at the reception was almost reluctant and I only received the dates of the massages I wanted through stubborn insistence in the afternoon after all the spa treatments. The swimming pool was closed despite the official opening time. The sauna is described in the brochure as being open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; in fact, it is only open from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you want to visit outside of these times, you have to let us know 1 hour in advance and there will be a fee. Although this place advertises its healing mineral water, there is no free mineral water anywhere in the spa hotel during the day. I can't judge the actual treatments because I wasn't there as a spa guest. However, the questionnaire did not allow this criterion to be omitted. That's why my rating is "very good" for the massages received.

Excellent food, comfortable accommodation in the room with balcony, swimming pool 10 meters, fitness room and sauna. At 1.5 km from the hotel is a gondola lift, so have a great walk in the mountains. Beautiful surroundings with blooming rhododendrons and a park nearby.Negatives

The hotel is very well located in the city, next to a park and only 100 meters from the shopping street. The rooms are very large, with a refrigerator and safe, very clean, every day provided a bottle of mineral water per person. Very tasty Polish cuisine, very friendly staff, fast wi-fi.Negatives
If I understood correctly, the hotel stays mainly Poles and Germans, and often there are problems with the absence of workers who speak English at reception. And a small complaint about desserts in the restaurant, which are rarely updated.
