According to our standards, the place is wrongly named Bad. I expect regular spa concerts, various springs, etc. The fact that there is no shuttle that takes carless and physically disabled guests to the town or to the valley station of the cable car is also something to complain about. For me, the long journey was only worth it because the hotel was nice and the treatments were very good, but that was due to the price of the hotel. The place itself is picturesque, but otherwise not very attractive.
