Impaired reproductive function, the consequence of which is the inability to conceive a child. The cause of infertility in most cases is a decrease in the number of spermatozoa in the seed and/or their quality against the background of the transferred inflammatory diseases of the reproductive system, infectious and chronic diseases, and chemical factors. Male infertility in most cases is caused either by channel obturation (ejaculation is impossible due to physiological disorders), or by a violation of the secretory function (few spermatozoa are produced, they are not mobile or defective). Treatment consists of eliminating anatomical pathologies (if any), correcting sleep patterns and eating habits, and limiting interaction with harmful substances. Problems with spermatogenesis require the treatment of urinary infections, normalization of the endocrine system, and the course of replacement therapy with androgens. If treatment failure, hormone stimulation therapy is indicated.
