All were without masks (staff during procedures, in the dining room, maids and vacationers) and not all were vaccinated. Upon check-in, the presence of a vaccination certificate or the presence of a PRL test is not checked. In the room during cleaning, the dust is not wiped everywhere (it was dirty where to put the hat). To pour soap, you need to speak (every time), otherwise there would be no soap.

The spa hotel is located in the city center, very close to the pump room with mineral water. The building is new, the rooms are large and clean. We liked the food in the restaurant very much.Negatives
The children's room worked two days out of seven. We had to take the children with us to the procedures.

Only pluses, we didn't notice any negatives at all! Tasty breakfast, clean and spacious pool and sauna. All the furniture and plumbing in the room are in perfect order. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Good beds with comfortable mattresses.

We chose Svityaz hotel after reading the positive reviews, and we have never regretted it! The food is delicious, you can see that the chef loves his job and visitors, the same applies to the girls at the reception, who kindly suggest everything. Bright, spacious rooms, wide bed, good soundproofing in the rooms. Housekeeping was done daily, the maids are just golden!!!
