On December 20 and December 23 there was no reception (why?), there was a note “until 11-30”. At my request at the reception they changed it to Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday at 10-00. On December 24, the nurse (Vera Prot?) closed the door behind us, and appeared, rudely throwing the door open (where is the delicacy towards the procedure and people?), 10 minutes late. The next group gathered in the corridor. On December 26, I was late (for an objective reason) by 1-1.5 minutes. A nurse with an arrogant look: "Cheak, you've got 2 dirt on your face." Corridors and nothing more. Moreover, there is only one entrance and exit to the huge building of the hotel and medical building. All side entrances are tightly closed. And you have to cut circles back and forth. We are a young family and use modern pedometers. So, moving to the Beskydy building for lunch, we had already “done” our daily norm of 10 thousand steps. Now imagine grandparents, with and without chopsticks. They also have to run back and forth every day. Procedures: free ones are just funny, such as aromatherapy. A small device, a drop of oil, boring music and uncomfortable chairs. This is the full range of aromatherapy services. It was simply funny for the owners of home aroma lamps to see this. Baths: antique designs, rusty taps, a grill with a hose that imitates a Jacuzzi, and the name for it all is bubble baths. Nothing to do with pearls. Probably only the holes in the windows opposite the bathtub remind of pearls. For this money not spent on repairs you can buy a lot of pearls. The only good thing was that it wasn’t winter. Other parents, who were less fortunate, dragged their crying and screaming children through these dark corridors every day. A few days later, an announcement appeared near the elevator in Beskid: “Children’s room open from 9 to 13.” I couldn't resist and went to have a look. It was 12:45 - closed. Another mother in the dining room said that the “children’s room” is an ordinary standard room with two beds, no toys and a nanny. We will simply not talk about teacher education, nor about the demand for services. Swimming pool or, as stated on the website, a spa center. So you need to get it as prescribed by a doctor, and then, by appointment with the caretaker, get specific hours for the procedure. 10m long and 4m wide gray water. I didn't dare take a plunge there. We had time from 20 to 21. And I could imagine how many bodies swam in this pool. Sauna: one and with a burnt barrel, not three, as the official website tells us. The steam room, which on the “female” side went out of use, according to the caretaker, two years ago. Repair?, I asked. But, unfortunately, such a word has not been heard here. I never had a chance to find out where the third sauna of the mountain spa center is. A gym with faulty and simply broken exercise machines, no matter what brand. Pump room: a unique design that on some days dispenses “Maria” water with medicinal “rust”. The only light in the window is the doctors. Where they can tell you, help you. And they will give very good advice and help for a fee. The general condition of the two buildings and the territory is simply deplorable. Broken windows, collapsed plaster ceilings, holes instead of light bulbs, collapsed sofas, broken benches, closed parking lot "Beskyda" with grass higher than your head, smelly toilets in the halls with broken flush tanks and toilet paper at the entrance and many other points that you simply can’t remember; have nothing to do with the concept of rest and recovery.
