We arrived at a bad time, from March 8 to March 22. And already on March 13 they announced the closing of the borders. Here the vacation was over. We planned two weeks, but we did not get a whole week in the resort because of the border closure and the cancellation of transport links. And we combined the first week with relaxation, procedures and building a route to go home to Belarus.

The impression of staying in the sanatorium was spoiled 4 times - by the Aromatherapy procedure, which should, on the contrary, improve mood. I was scheduled for Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 11:30am. On December 20 and December 23 there was no reception (why?), there was a note “until 11-30”. At my request at the reception they changed it to Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday at 10-00. On December 24, the nurse (Vera Prot?) closed the door behind us, and appeared, rudely throwing the door open (where is the delicacy towards the procedure and people?), 10 minutes late. The next group gathered in the corridor. On December 26, I was late (for an objective reason) by 1-1.5 minutes. A nurse with an arrogant look: "Cheak, you've got 2 dirt on your face." Sorry, but in the correct form I told this person about her dishonest attitude towards official duties and entered the office. There were only five people there. And when I left the office, the nurse loudly, playing to the audience, shouted that she would not let me into the office again! What's this called? Fortunately, I was leaving that day. This was the first time I encountered such an unfriendly nurse. By the way, this is not just my opinion.

In the sanatorium, the only thing that can be called indisputably positive is the work of the staff, who are trying to do everything for your comfortable stay and treatment in the sanatorium. I would call the food quite good, although the introduction of the so-called “buffet” led to a lack of therapeutic nutrition and a lack of variety of dishes. But it makes it easier to organize meals, consisting of a maximum of a dozen products, to the detriment of the patients’ nutrition.Negatives
The main disadvantage concerns the site https://www.sanatoriums.com/, which does not correctly inform its consumers, in particular me. This applies to the ability to pay by card for the amount of stay and services in the sanatorium. It cost me a loss of $35, not counting the cashback I did not receive. There is a device in the accounting department, but it did not work for 21 days. The bank smiled sweetly at this question. Accommodation in unrenovated Beskid rooms is terrible. They don’t offer accommodation in Dnieper, since it is only for Polish citizens. The sanatorium cannot cope with the huge number of free social vouchers for Ukrainian citizens. Conclusion: 1. My experience using the services of https://www.sanatoriums.com/ cannot be called positive. 2. The work of the Dnepr-Beskid sanatorium does not meet the price-quality criterion. 3. In the future, I intend to use only the medical services of the Dnepr-Beskid sanatorium. 10 days of nightmare, not rest. The settlement took no less than a good two hours. In the style of "straight along the corridor and to the left." Instead of friendly staff, dissatisfied women sit at the reception desk without getting up when talking with clients. When asked about booking via the Internet, there is only one answer - it’s not with us. Ask there. And it still needs to be found there. In other “out there” offices, there are the same friendly faces with questions like “Who are you? What do you need? Where? How? Internet? But that’s not ours. Call your operator, let him meet you and check you in.” I called and they reached the marketing department. It turns out there was a reservation. Then several more offices, writing applications “I ask you to put me in a sanatorium,” on a literally black photocopy of the form, paying at the cash desk with a break for telephone conversations of the staff on a mobile phone. By the way, neither maids nor doctors at their workplaces disdain this. Personal issues are always much more important than the client. The client is on "vacation" - he will wait. We were given keys to a room on the fifth floor. The room was not ready for occupancy. Not removed. The refrigerator has not been cleaned. Reception again, call to the floor and yes, they “forgot” to vacuum the room. We’ll simply omit such little things as windows, curtains, and bathrooms. It’s like trying to push a dirty number onto a client, and what if it goes wrong. It didn't work. We had to give the keys to another room. That one was relatively cleaner. We settled in. There were three of us. Two adults and a child. Junior suite. One double bed and a folding sofa. The bedding on the sofa did not even cover three quarters of the sleeping space - enough for one child, said the hostess sister. It was already ten minutes to four on the clock. Next, a visit to the nurse, filling out a medical card and information that we no longer see a doctor. The working day is over. Exhalation. Tears. "Rest" day one - curtain. In the evening, my husband had the imprudence to ask the reception worker how to set up the promised wi-fi. To which the lady said in a raised voice that there is no Internet and there never will be and in general she is already fed up!!! for this evening with this question. My usually calm husband simply could not stand such “service” and clearly explained to the lady her duties and that we paid for her answers to the cashier. “Rest” took on an increasingly better color. Dinner in the dining room smoothed out the emotions a little. The food is not the best, but there is still a choice. Only the staff shouting at each other or the dissatisfied faces of other vacationers made it clear that not everything here is as beautiful as it is written on the website. In the evening I was unable to fall asleep right away. Because There is no internet in the rooms. Looking ahead, until the end of the “rest” the signal did not appear. Wi-fi was only available in the hotel lobby. All the guests for the race took seats on two sofas in the hall; every day there is a buzz of negotiations and various videos. Second day. Appointment with a doctor. Appointment of procedures and going to the medical registry. The medical building, registration and pump room are located in the Denpr building at a distance of 400 meters across the main road of the city. The terrain is mountainous, along this route you go down the mountain in one direction, and “crawl” up the mountain in the opposite direction. This distance had to be walked at least three times per day to the pump room and back to the dining room. Well, if there are also procedures, then the game of “solitaire” is still the same. In spartan conditions without computers, female receptionists simply assign vacationers to various rooms, stamp the books and head off to the “races.” Run in Polish means procedure and this word is very suitable for the entire healing process. Since there is no territorial information, no signs in which direction to move, anywhere. Here and there you can see pieces of paper glued with tape with hints in Polish and that’s it. Corridors and nothing more. Moreover, there is only one entrance and exit to the huge building of the hotel and medical building. All side entrances are tightly closed. And you have to cut circles back and forth. We are a young family and use modern pedometers. So, moving to the Beskydy building for lunch, we had already “done” our daily norm of 10 thousand steps. Now imagine grandparents, with and without chopsticks. They also have to run back and forth every day. Procedures: free ones are just funny, such as aromatherapy. A small device, a drop of oil, boring music and uncomfortable chairs. This is the full range of aromatherapy services. It was simply funny for the owners of home aroma lamps to see this. Baths: antique designs, rusty taps, a grill with a hose that imitates a Jacuzzi, and the name for it all is bubble baths. Nothing to do with pearls. Probably only the holes in the windows opposite the bathtub remind of pearls. For this money not spent on repairs you can buy a lot of pearls. The only good thing was that it wasn’t winter. And you won’t have to freeze from the wind breaking through the window cracks. Ozokerit: several polite nurses serve people as best they can. Instead of sheets or disposable napkins, use old rags. Instead of fixing belts, old ties. Gol is cunning here too. There are many people for procedures, few places. And girls and grandfathers meet in the same booth. In a word, CHAOS, it has nothing to do with rest. Child: children have nothing to do in the Dnepr-Beskid sanatorium!!!! For children 0-zero conditions. No playground, no swing, absolutely nothing. Although my husband and I divided the “race” procedures at different times so that we could change each other to care for and entertain the child, this did not help. All the same corridors and you have to be on time, God forbid you are late for the procedure. Either they won’t show it, as the notes on each door say, or you’ll get an entry in the book like I did: “I’m 1 minute late.” After this entry, I didn’t even know whether to laugh or take it to my mom for her signature. It's just kind of surreal. So, after the first day of “rest” with the child, we took him to his grandmother. We were lucky that my grandmother was not far away and was able to help us by taking over the care of her son. Other parents, who were less fortunate, dragged their crying and screaming children through these dark corridors every day. A few days later, an announcement appeared near the elevator in Beskid: “Children’s room open from 9 to 13.” I couldn't resist and went to have a look. It was 12:45 - closed. Another mother in the dining room said that the “children’s room” is an ordinary standard room with two beds, no toys and a nanny. We will simply not talk about teacher education, nor about the demand for services. Swimming pool or, as stated on the website, a spa center. So you need to get it as prescribed by a doctor, and then, by appointment with the caretaker, get specific hours for the procedure. 10m long and 4m wide gray water. I didn't dare take a plunge there. We had time from 20 to 21. And I could imagine how many bodies swam in this pool. Sauna: one and with a burnt barrel, not three, as the official website tells us. The steam room, which on the “female” side went out of use, according to the caretaker, two years ago. Repair?, I asked. But, unfortunately, such a word has not been heard here. I never had a chance to find out where the third sauna of the mountain spa center is. A gym with faulty and simply broken exercise machines, no matter what brand. Pump room: a unique design that on some days dispenses “Maria” water with medicinal “rust”. The only light in the window is the doctors. Where they can tell you, help you. And they will give very good advice and help for a fee. The general condition of the two buildings and the territory is simply deplorable. Broken windows, collapsed plaster ceilings, holes instead of light bulbs, collapsed sofas, broken benches, closed parking lot "Beskyda" with grass higher than your head, smelly toilets in the halls with broken flush tanks and toilet paper at the entrance and many other points that you simply can’t remember; have nothing to do with the concept of rest and recovery. It's a pity, gentlemen, Owners, that you are satisfied with this level. I have only one question: aren’t you ashamed? People come from abroad, people bring you a lot of money, but for what? Where is the entire list of services that the site pompously announces? Where??? is vacationers' money going away? What are you spending it on? It's the 21st century, the century of consumer and service. Ask yourself what this means. To everyone reading and planning their holiday in the Dnepr-Beskydy sanatorium, think about it! Take pity on your nerves. You deserve the best and you will definitely find a worthy alternative in Truskavets. My rating in points: no points.
