Due to the fact that I am not vaccinated, I was refused the procedures: salt room, inhalation. This was the main purpose of my visit to the sanatorium. I did not receive the procedures in full. I believe that this is a violation of human rights.

I liked the buffet food. Good quality manual massage. Pleasant underwater massage. The oxygen cocktail is good. Convenient pump room with mineral water. Good room cleaning and bed linen change.Negatives
All inscriptions and instructions are in Ukrainian (nothing is clear). There are only 12 channels on television and all are in Ukrainian. Many of the medical staff answer questions in Ukrainian (it’s not clear). The inhalation procedure with soda solution is disgusting (very cold steam comes out) and the staff does not help. The halotherapy room is very noisy (children play games on smartphones and scream loudly); the staff does not control the situation. The attending physician is primarily concerned with the sale of dietary supplements, and not with the clients’ health problems.

The reservation was for 10 days, but we stayed in the room we booked for 7 days, for the last three days we were offered another room at a different price (cheaper). We had to move to another room. It was reported that we did not make a prepayment. But we were not informed of such conditions when booking.

Only 200 grams per day are allocated for treatment, the rest is at your own expense. This was enough for me, BUT!!! when booking, this was not mentioned anywhere, no one answered the phone number (I called from Ukraine on the eve of arrival) Moreover, the young lady at the reception did not provide information, but simply issued an invoice for 800g for the tests and only when I literally began to interrogate and asked to show documents She explained everything to me exactly what is included in the price of the tour. The food is ok, but you need to invest 30 minutes. and the employees literally stand over their souls and look into their mouths.... not comfortable

The hotel is located in the building of the Dnepr sanatorium on the 6-7 floors. The advantage of staying in this hotel is only in more comfortable conditions and a separate dining room with a buffet, where there are fewer people. The entire treatment base takes place in the Dnepr sanatorium. Regarding treatment, the doctor who prescribes sanatorium treatment to people is not competent. Even though there were general tests, I didn’t even bother to read it in order to prescribe treatment. As it turned out later, he is a dentist by training. Regarding the basic procedures that are included in the price of the tour, it should be noted that the number of these procedures does not correspond to reality. Thus, there is a daily limit of procedures of 200 UAH. Per person, and not a specific amount that is indicated when booking packages. Regarding the quality and cost of the procedures performed, the prices for the procedure are high. And the attitude of the staff, due to low salaries, unfortunately leaves much to be desired.

We stayed at the sanatorium for two weeks and really enjoyed it! The food is all delicious, buffet style, and most importantly dietary. The water in the pool is warm, and in principle, all spa procedures were performed at a high level.
