The visit to the spa doctor was very unpleasant, she communicated very coldly, her look at us was “from above”, it seemed that the doctor did not want to hear what the clients were saying and did not take into account their expectations of treatment. We have never met such an unpleasant doctor in any sanatorium. We bought a stay in a more expensive room, this is not the cheapest room, we really liked the room in the photographs: with a double bed, with a balcony. Upon arrival we were placed in a room without a balcony, with separate beds we had to explain. Soon we were placed in another room with a balcony, but: the bed was not single, the room had a dark corner, which should not have been there; there were no such angles in the photo order. We feel cheated financially.

I liked the hotel very much, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and more than enough and varied, the procedures were well organized, the pump room was 5 minutes from the hotel and there was a wonderful park with squirrels. I would love to come back again.Negatives

The advertising on the website of the sanatorium.com has not been updated for a long time and is inconsistent on several points. But the staff did their best to compensate for the discrepancy.
