The holiday was a 100% success. We spent 9 nights in the royal hotel. From the first step, everything was beautiful, Red carpets, high ceilings, interior. The musical fountain added romance, lying in bed (it was visible from the window). Smiles and attentive service at at the highest level, starting with the reception, waiters, medical staff and housekeeping. The chef showed his culinary masterpieces in every dish (the presentation and taste are amazing). The procedures helped me relax and enjoy myself. Everything was wonderful, many thanks to everyone. The dinner was delicious but VERY MONOTINE. The choice has not changed for 10 days. We understood why the restaurant was empty at dinner. The mattress was uncomfortable. The package included a paid for swimming pool with mineral water, but on the spot they demanded payment of 15 € per hour for it. The procedures were paid for 10 days, but due to our arrival, the first day was lost . The doctor did not allow me to receive procedures after lunch. We rested and underwent treatment from July 26 to August 15 at the spa hotel Europa Royale. We were in Lithuania for the first time. We liked everything.... Nature, cleanliness, people's attitude. All the staff are friendly, at the reception they responded to any request or question, everything was resolved in a timely manner. Treatment procedures are carried out by appointment, everything is on time, if it was necessary to reschedule the procedure for another time, there were no problems. The medical staff is very attentive and professional, if for example - a massage, then they do it conscientiously, as well as all other procedures prescribed by the doctor (vertical bath, underwater massage, other baths), in the room where oxygen therapy was done, there was a very attentive girl, unfortunately we did not we know their names. The food is a special thank you. The cooks are simply superb, every day there are a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner, very tasty prepared and beautifully presented. The waiters greeted us every day with a friendly smile and served us very nicely, thank you Yurghetta and Ibrahim... We enjoyed the excursion to Trakai and Vilnius, thanks to Yanina, as well as to the coordinators Angelica and Diana. Many thanks to EVERYONE... I want to come to such a place again.
