It's not exactly 4 stars, of course. 1) Standard rooms require general cleaning and repairs - in some places the wallpaper has peeled off, in some places something is already breaking off or is being kept on parole. In some places under the ceiling you can see the corpses of bedbugs. Dust in many places is not wiped off very often. 2) Food. At dinner several times the main dish was eggplant with cheese - not the best option for 4 stars. For breakfast they often served yesterday's/day before yesterday's food. The canned fruits were sour. The sausages are simply tasteless.

Poor room cleaning, not regular. Cobwebs on the balconies, linen changed once a week. Very monotonous food, not tasty. At breakfast there is no choice of bread, no single-serve yogurt, no marmalade, no honey.

I don’t understand why you need to tell me about the custom menu system if they give you: “God grant you, that’s worthless to me.” The rooms also offer something completely different from what Boris advertises; they changed it upon request.

The only negative was the food... the menu is very limited, there is not the variety that is shown on their website, there are no dietary meals, and so on. For dinner I was offered cabbage salad and yesterday's pasta (terribly dry and sticky) and this is in the summer season, when there is a sea of vegetables... to my remark, they were rude to me and said that either take it or nothing..... or order from the paid menu!! I had to communicate in a very raised tone with the main manager and only after that they agreed to give me something else. But after this, as you understand, there were no problems with food....... but an unpleasant aftertaste remained :(

While staying at the hotel, an unpleasant misunderstanding occurred with one of the employees. It should be noted that misunderstandings do occur. The question is how they are resolved by management. The receptionist, Mrs. Erica, handled this situation in the best possible way, as a result of which we left with a feeling of gratitude and the overall impression was wonderful.

I stayed for a week, the location of the hotel was good..... and running along the cold corridor after hot baths and massages was very unpleasant and risky...... I caught a cold.... and was sniffling.... it was uncomfortable in the room, in restaurant, the food is disgusting, the meat sits for several days... It's weathered, the cut glass eggs are already... when there are a lot of visitors, the waiters hide... I really liked the location of the hotel near the river. There is also a water park literally 100 meters away. On the territory of the hotel, near the river, there is a very salty spring, the water probably contains three times more salt than in the sea. I washed my face every morning with this water and my skin feels amazing. The medical staff at the hospital said that this water is the most mineralized and is also used for skin diseases. The treatment at the resort is strong, it makes my stomach easier and my spine was also treated. I will definitely come again.
