Unfortunately, the Savoy does not have a single parking space of its own. In room 171, a single room was converted into a double room by pushing in a second bed and then rented out as a single room, which meant that there was hardly any space in the room. The male receptionist was very unfriendly. Very difficult access to the treatments at Haus Goethe, I have severe mobility problems. There is no beer in the minibar. We spent a week in the hotel and were happy with the medical staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were OK, but the selection of salads was not that good, always the same throughout the week.Negatives

1. There is less time between treatments and you still have to get breakfast in time. That was very hard on our bodies. 2. On March 26th, 2024, I ordered a cold platter with smoked fish for dinner. I suspect that the fish was not fresh and I felt sick during the night (diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pain). 2. The schnitzel and baked meatballs were very hard, spinach lasagna was burnt. 3. The sausage selection was not labeled - we couldn't eat it at all because we are not allowed to eat pork. 4. The menu did not say what kind of meat the meatballs or cold platter were made of. 5.
