The sound insulation is disgusting (the neighbor's snoring was so loud that it was impossible to sleep, the neighbors' telephone conversations could be heard very well). We received an invitation to a meeting with the hotel manager in the tea room. ...And there we were given a golden regular visitor card, which provides numerous advantages. This applies to reservations and many other pleasant points that we have already taken advantage of. Of course, we are completely sure that we will come again and again! The restaurant service deserves all praise. Despite the overcrowding of the hotel, they try to listen and arrange seating so that everyone is comfortable. Very polite. This year we ordered a transfer from Karlovy Vary airport, but something apparently didn’t work out or there was some kind of glitch at the Sanatoriums. com and the car didn't arrive. But it’s okay - we got from the airport to Trznice by bus for a few pennies. The food got a little worse. In the mornings there are no dietary meat dishes - all fried bacon and sausages. Thank God at least there was porridge. We used to have famous Czech puree soups for lunch. And now mostly broths. Wi-Fi in Astoria has gotten worse. It is impossible to electronically pay for air tickets in Astoria. We come to Volker and there you can pay - everything is OK there. Another unpleasant surprise. It was necessary to print out route receipts for Victory. And this year they demanded 5 Euros from us for printing two A4 sheets. In Russia, hotels do not charge anything for this service. Как главынй корпус Астория, где проходить питание и для гостей из Волкера, сейчас 4 звёзды, мы разширили шведский стол во время завтраков, обедов и ужинов. При следующем пребывании будете определённо довольны. На Wi-Fi мы постаянного работаем, чтобы сигнал улучщился. В этом году мы приготовляем у чайной комнаты уголок с компьютером и принтером.
