There is an unpleasant aftertaste from the attitude of the (partial) medical staff when receiving patients (the main office for issuing directions and procedures). There are no comments about the medical staff during the procedures - they are professional and efficient.

I came for the second time, so I was extremely surprised by the lack of friendliness of the medical staff at the reception, and witnessed the rude reception of patients who arrived for the first time by the sanatorium doctor. The irrigation and inhalation procedures did not work for me, I asked for a replacement, received a replacement with difficulty, for some reason I had to choose from them, as a result, they replaced three with two. After an enthusiastic visit in May, the January impression was smoothed over. I hope these are isolated cases.

A note about the hotel's Wi-Fi. We live in the 21st century!!!! Every vacationer, regardless of age, needs free access to the Internet. This hotel has Wi-Fi in a certain area. This is inconvenient for both those who use it and those who rest in the room after the procedure. Since the audibility of communication on the Internet (Skype, Viber) can be heard on four floors! The strange behavior of the catering workers is annoying. They remove food from the common table (salads, chopped vegetables) without asking those present in the restaurant who else is eating. Although there are still 20-25 minutes before the end of dinner (according to schedule). Several people from the staff are rude, swear, always dissatisfied with something))) It was somehow funny and strange to watch all this. Having stayed in the sanatorium for 10 days, we find out that for breakfast you can order an omelet or fried egg. You can also ask for honey!!! This was the first time I encountered this, so it caused bewilderment.... Honey, preserves, jams, etc.. everything in individual packages was ALWAYS and in ALL hotels freely available at breakfast (buffet))))). Personally, I have a calm attitude towards food (I’m a vegan and I just don’t eat a lot of things), but my neighbors at the table were very irritated by all of the above points.

Doctor Lyudmila Stoklaskova is above all praise. An attentive, very intelligent and responsive woman. I was fascinated by the masseuse (to my shame, I don’t know the name - classic.mass.part.-6), who, after a professionally performed massage, affectionately said: “Get up quickly, so that your head doesn’t spin.” Order, cleanliness in the rooms, snow-white bed linen and towels. I was there in December, the sanatorium was not overcrowded, perhaps that’s why they were always helpful if it was necessary to reschedule procedures, which were always carried out efficiently. The location couldn't be better. Three channels of Russian television, an electronic alarm clock in the room, liquid soap and a small soap in the bathroom. The table has become more varied and the dishes tastier. The rooms are 4* clean, they are cleaned quickly and efficiently, the request for a suddenly burned out light bulb was quickly fulfilled. The receiving administrator was not in the mood, the decoration was made as if it were not people standing in front of the administrator, but an empty place. Change of towels in rooms only 2 times a week. Even the request to change the towel was refused by the maid. Bed linen changed 1 time in 11 days.
