Ванны в минеральной воде занимают 15 минут, как и гидромассаж, классический частичный массаж - 20 минут, парафанго и парафиновое обертывание рук - 20 минут, сухая углекислая ванна - 30 минут, а, например, солевая терапия - 45 минут, кислородная терапия - 110 минут. Одна з процедур була оксигенотерапія, яка вважається за 2 процедури, оскільки триває 110 хвилин. Всі процедури були надані згідно Вашого бронювання. З приводу трансферу, водій чекав на Вас з табличкою у вказаний час, але нажаль, через 20 хвилин після прильоту Ви вже поїхали автобусом, розминувшись з нашим водієм. Нам дуже шкода, що Ваш відпочинок був затьмарений.

There are enough parking options in Karlovy Vary, but unfortunately they are not close to the hotel. The hotel itself only has 3 parking spaces on the long side of the hotel, but they were full. We had the superior room 203 in the main building with a balcony. The inventory is good, but unfortunately not suitable for tall people (both 190 cm). We hardly used the shower in the room because we had to squeeze through the opening of the glass door. We then went to the wellness area to shower, which was included for us because we had booked a light treatment. In the restaurant: If you got something to eat and got up again to get something else, everything was cleared away very quickly, so we came back to an empty table and we had to get up again and get everything again. Es ist jedoch möglich, am Anreisetag mit dem Auto vor dem Hotel anzukommen, das Gepäck auszuladen und dann auf einem der nahe gelegenen Parkplätze zu parken. Der nächstgelegene Parkplatz befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von unserem Hotel entfernt. Es tut uns sehr leid, wenn die Größe der Dusche nicht Ihren Bedürfnissen entspricht, aber die Duschen entsprechen den gültigen Standards. Wir werden uns auf jeden Fall auf die Arbeit des Servicepersonals im Restaurant konzentrieren, damit die Mitarbeiter genau darauf achten, ob der Gast wirklich gegangen ist oder nicht. Размер бассейна 8 x 4 м, это бассейн для релаксации с противотоком, массажными струями и массажной скамьей. Ближайший бассейн большего размера, который подходит для тех, кто хочет активно заниматься плаванием и спортом, находится в городе примерно в 5 минутах ходьбы от нашего отеля. This was our first time staying at the Astoria Hotel and we chose it because of its good location. The doctor listened to us carefully and prescribed treatment taking into account our complaints and wishes (my husband and I suffer from gastrointestinal diseases). I really liked the procedures, the equipment was new, and the medical... the staff is polite. The massage was also given with high quality, you could feel the master’s dedication, and not just a pat on the back. We were also pleasantly surprised by the wellness center; we booked accommodation with treatment, so we enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna for free. There were no shortcomings in the food either, since everything was fresh, there was always a large selection of fruits and vegetables. And in general the dishes were prepared deliciously. The double comfort room had a view of the colonnade. The mattresses are comfortable, the plumbing in the room is also of high quality, pure comfort.
