The room temperature is set to 21.5 degrees. You can increase it, but you cannot decrease it! This is especially “pleasant” when you live on the top floor and on the street 26-28! In the restaurant, all the first courses and sauces of the second courses are too salty!!! Entrance to the building is via stairs that do not have a ramp. Carry your suitcases! To avoid this, get up and call the receptionist. The doctor is indifferent to everything! At the first appointment, I didn’t even look at the tests I brought with me. At the second appointment, she shrugged her shoulders when she complained about problems with the nasal mucosa. When asked to recommend a pharmaceutical drug, she replied that she did not know! As a result, the hairdresser recommended this wonderful ointment to me!!! In general, half of the vacation - a week - I got used to these disgusting conditions! Jídlo v restauraci se pravidelně mění každý týden tak aby během 14 ti dní se nic neopakovalo. Na nošení kufrů je Vám kdykoli k dispozici náš portýr, v případě že není zrovna přítomen na recepci náš recepční ho kdykoli přivolá. Our credit card (from a reputable Austrian bank) was not accepted by the hotel system. To say that we were shocked is to say nothing. All the money was on her. The most unpleasant thoughts arose. In a panic, I run across the road to the ATM and withdraw a small amount - it works. I went into a tiny store to buy a bottle of water - it worked! I can immediately say that during our entire stay, we never paid in cash, only with this card. And not one failure. At the reception we made at least 4 attempts, the card did not go through. The most unpleasant thing is the behavior of the staff. To the question of what to do, there is only one answer: everything is working fine for us. We resolved the situation: the daughter from Vienna contacted the reservation department and organized a direct bank transaction. I asked for confirmation. Without hesitation, they also sent all the correspondence from the reception. It was in Czech, but Google helped translate it. This is something! Questions from the reception to the reservation department: “Where should I put this figure, what VAT should I charge.” Etc.. Complete incompetence!!! Lack of even attempts to solve the problem. Last day: Out of habit, I went to the reception and asked if we had any debts. Answer: 100 CZK. -For what? -You took beer in a restaurant. He was so stunned that he meekly took the money out of his wallet and gave it to him. Then he came to his senses and asked to see the receipt. There was a signature on it. In front of the manager, he took a piece of paper and signed it. The signature on the check was not mine. Muttering something under his breath, the manager gave back 100 crowns. NO APOLOGIZES!!
