As for the rooms, you can see the renovation that was done in 2015, the rooms are good, not shabby, the only negative, in our opinion, is the carpeting, which has already lost its fresh appearance and can cause allergies and people sensitive to it. There is parquet, but, as we understand, only in apartments or suites. Our elderly parents were given a room for people with disabilities, next to the doctor and nurse's office and the help button. Thank you for such a personal approach, although we did not ask for a special room for them. More about the individual approach: my husband was congratulated on his birthday with a bottle of good wine, it was unexpected and very pleasant. The food in the dining room is delicious, fresh, the dishes change, especially for lunch and dinner, there are always 2 types of soup, 2 types of meat, something fish, fruits, desserts, herbs and salads. My parents and husband were prescribed a diet, they were brought special diet dishes.

By that time, having received confirmation from the manager, we had already canceled our hotel reservation in Prague and found ourselves in a situation that after September 4 we would have nowhere to go (our flight was on September 8). I won’t write for a long time about how we solved this problem; as a result of several of our calls to the reception, one of the clerks called the manager and, following her instructions, made some changes to the computer. But a new problem arose: for some reason, the clerk was unable to enter payment for the second number into the computer. One of our numbers worked, but the second did not. As a result, he took payment for both numbers, but paid everything to one number, promising to deposit the money into the account of the second number after the problem was fixed. After that, I approached different clerks twice on different days to check whether everything was in order and whether payment for both rooms had gone through. They told me that everything was fine. However, early in the morning on the day of departure, when a taxi was already waiting for us at the entrance, we were asked to pay about 550 euros for the second room. We went through a humiliating procedure of making excuses and proving that everything had already been paid for and it was their mistake. Even payment documents with hotel stamps were not immediately accepted as proof of payment. It was very unpleasant to receive such an attitude when leaving. A good impression can be ruined by one such incident.
