For me personally, the road to the source was 20 minutes (6 11 6). For arthrosis of the knee joints and problems with the spine, it’s a bit far. In more difficult situations, people walked 30 minutes to the source. They, just like I, read on your website that the walk to the springs is 10 minutes. I think you need to indicate the distance from the hotel to the springs in kilometers, and then everyone will decide how long it will take them to cover this distance. There was another unpleasant moment: During the initial examination, the doctor prescribed 43 for me, and 41 for my husband, instead of 54. I had to go back and deal with this situation. It would be good to know in advance that no more than how many procedures of the same name can be offered so that you can choose. I was prescribed 5 manual massages during my 21 night stay, my husband - 6. This seems to me not entirely correct. Still, treatment should be systematic, at least every other day, 3 procedures of the same name per week.

The rooms are spacious and clean and not noisy. It is very convenient that there is a robe and slippers. Special thanks to the chef (the food is great)!!!! This is our second time staying at this resort and we like everything. Every day a walk to the springs, resulting in 6 obligatory kilometers a day; if we lived next to the springs, we probably wouldn’t walk that much a day, we’d be lazy. The food is excellent, at least for us, and the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner is 3 hours, which allows you to easily plan your day. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, spacious rooms, good sound insulation, cleaning is done daily, bed linen is changed every 3 days, and towels are changed daily, and the bathroom is always full of detergents. When you check in, the rooms are equipped with bathrobes and slippers, which you will wear during the procedures, which is very convenient. The sanatorium has good health and treatment facilities, a schedule of procedures is carefully drawn up, which allows you to receive procedures without delays or expectations. The medical staff is attentive, everyone speaks Russian. I especially liked the classic massage. The food is buffet style, the restaurant has a nice interior, the cuisine is wide, the food is tasty, but often monotonous. Wide selection of desserts. The waiters work well, but when there was an influx of vacationers, they did not always have time to clean tables and change cutlery. The reception staff are very attentive and prudent, they always met us halfway. The doormen prudently opened the doors for us and were very friendly. In the hotel building there is a bar with its own brewery, where, as we were told, the best beer in Karlovy Vary and excellent cuisine, there is also a concert hall and the Calibri entertainment club with live music. In a word, we liked everything. We strongly recommend this sanatorium for relaxation and treatment.

I liked everything, even the fact that you have to walk 15 minutes one way to the colonnade. There were 3 promenades of 30 minutes each day. Whether you like it or not, you can walk. Very good varied food. There was always fish, meat, chicken or turkey, lots of vegetables and fruits. The coffee in the restaurant in the morning was good and strong (apparently, they took into account someone’s remark in the reviews). Helpful staff. No one is rude or annoyed. Large warm room. Purity. I liked the treatment. The doctor took our wishes into account when we checked in, we got everything we wanted: massages, gas injections, lymphatic drainage, mud compresses. Not all massage therapists have good hands and you never know who you'll get. They can give you a wonderful massage, or they can give you such a hard time in the literal sense of the word that you feel sick for 2 days.

Any requests are resolved immediately and always positively for hotel clients. Nutrition is presented in a variety of priorities - both for those who adhere to a certain diet, and for those who allow themselves various excesses. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables. Perhaps those who are particularly demanding will say that there were no mangoes and passion fruits, but there were a lot of apples, plums and pears and other fruits. Treatment - a new spa area, wonderful masseuses, well, everything is great.Negatives
The only drawback, which for many can be very significant, is the far location from the drinking pump rooms, although some argue that they see this as a plus: movement is life, it is useful.

I liked everything very much. There are former compatriots at the reception, especially the boss, Natalya. She greeted me kindly, helped and advised. Right there - tickets for concerts in the hotel and in the city. She responded to any requests, making the rest complete. The entire staff - from the head doctor to the specialists during the procedures - is very friendly and ready to accommodate. We moved the time of procedures whenever possible at our request. In general, we received 35 procedures and several paid ones. The location of the hotel is very good. This is the center: bus station, supermarkets, museum, all infrastructure. You have to go to the source - this is a good reason to move forward with such an abundance of food in the restaurant. Bathhouse and swimming pool - visited every other day - complete relaxation. Sweet memories of a carefree life! We didn't notice any negativity.Negatives
