Everything in the hotel is new, furniture, bedding, plumbing. Cool nightclub with live music. A very beautiful theater hall (it’s a pity that there wasn’t a single concert all March). The food is very dependent on the change of cooks. There was one shift during which it was a pleasure to eat (and the dishes were replenished on time and were very tasty and varied), but this shift happened approximately once every 3 days. Dr. Irena Tsipova is a very attentive and positive person. The girls at the spa are all attentive and smiling (but this depends on your attitude towards them). Cleaning is just 5+. In addition to cleaning during the day, they come in the evening, make the bed and leave two chocolates. Linen is changed every three days. Bathrobes upon request. You can freely use the swimming pool and sauna. By the way, they are almost always empty.

The big minus for us was the lack of any drinks other than water at lunch. Even tea is paid, despite the fact that there is a sufficient number of desserts (try washing down the cake with cold water...). It’s a long way from the sources, but for us it was more of a plus than a minus. The pool was not working for several days in a row. I didn't like the cads at all in the sauna complex. If you sit, your feet are cold and your head is hot. If you lie down, the bench is a bit narrow and you slide off (although I’m not big at all). And a very unpleasant smell. To be fair, I must say that the sauna is excellent. Well, the weather in March, of course, is so-so. .. Damp, gray, sunny in 18 days and relatively warm (about 12 degrees) it was only 2 days. The rest of the time it’s about plus 5-6, and in the mornings it’s 0.

We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel for 17 days in January. The building has been superbly restored and reconstructed. The hotel has comfortable rooms, a convenient treatment center and a spa area with a swimming pool and saunas. The location of the hotel is very convenient: it’s close to the springs (a quick 10-minute walk), and close to bus stops, as well as close to the train station, which made it possible to travel around the Czech Republic on weekends. I really liked the attitude of the staff towards us. And I was captivated by the doctor, Irena Tsipova, with her charm and professionalism, who prescribed the procedures very optimally. We celebrate the massage therapists Philip and Monika, the nurse Petra, the staff Felicia and Nicole, and Margarita and Ondrej at the reception. Very diligent maids. The food is varied and of high quality in an excellent restaurant with attentive waiters. The highlight of the holiday were the concerts of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra in the beautiful gala concert hall. We have been at home for a month now, we are happy to remember our 17-day stay in a fairy tale and are planning our next vacation in this wonderful hotel. We recommend.
