We had to bring our suitcases to our rooms ourselves from the hotel parking lot, which was a hundred meters away. Upon departure we were offered luggage service by the reception. Despite being offered a choice of pillows, we couldn't get a feather pillow. Due to a plastic allergy, we wanted to replace the pillows. We were offered another pillow with plastic filling. Room cleaning: towels were changed and the trash cans were emptied daily. Bed linen was changed after a week. The wine glasses were only cleaned when requested (with the same cloth that was also used to wipe the tables!). The room floors were not cleaned in two weeks. Food selection: Monotonous. Fish (mackerel or salmon) and meat are usually cooked/fried until very dead. Parking lot: There is a barrier at the front and at the back you can easily drive away with the stolen car over a small threshold as the polders do not completely block off the rear area. Extra: I needed separate billing for the individual medical treatments for my health insurance company. I was charged 150 crowns for printing one page!

The bathroom is also large: shower + bathtub + toilet + bidet + washbasin + hairdryer + washing utensils + flip flops + bathrobe and towels - everything is clean. In October 2020 it was very quiet, few guests because of Corona: in two beautiful saunas (medium and very warm), a.türk. There were only 1-2 people in the sauna and swimming pool at the same time or no one at all. Breakfast: buffet was reasonably varied (with fruit); Lunch and dinner (map) was in the “Kakadu” restaurant in the basement - very tasty, so “Kakadu” is well visited by locals. The men at reception are very helpful. The treatment was not used, but I have to rate it here.

The treatment is very high quality and professional. The medical staff deserves special thanks. It’s especially great that treatment procedures are also carried out on weekends, thanks to this you can have a fairly convenient schedule of procedures, you can find time for walks around the city and on excursions. I can definitely recommend choosing this hotel for treatment and relaxation.

In more than 2 weeks they changed it 3 times, and then each time after complaints, but they should have changed it every 3 days. 2. The food was not very impressive. At lunch there was generally a very small choice of dishes, and the food was lukewarm all the time. Breakfast and dinner were ok. In my opinion, breakfast coffee made from a huge titanium is at least not respectable for a 4-star hotel. I think the hotel could afford a coffee machine. 3. We didn’t like the doctor either; during the “examination” she didn’t even take my blood pressure. As far as I understand, the doctor comes to the hotel only when new vacationers arrive. 4. The pool is very small. No problem, only 2 people can swim there so as not to disturb each other. 5. The water in the jacuzzi is the same temperature as in the pool. And if the temperature is normal for a pool, then for a jacuzzi, where you are supposed to sit for a long time without moving, it is uncomfortable. 6. Not all procedures that are advertised on the sanatoriums website are included in the package. Some had to be paid for separately (for example, for the shock wave).
