The hotel is new. Stylish interior and impeccable cleanliness. A huge plus is the presence of a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna complex, open until 22.00, free for hotel guests. Excellent food. Always a large selection of meat dishes, salads, cheese. A large assortment of vegetables and fruits in unlimited quantities of excellent quality and simply beautiful service in the hotel cafe and restaurant. The hotel has its own concert hall, where the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra and other musicians regularly perform. New medical facility with a wide range of procedures and well-trained staff. It's a pleasure to relax at the Ambassador Hotel! I want to go back there!Negatives

The Ambassador was recommended to me by friends as one of the newest hotels in Vary. I’m not a big supporter of changing hotels, as I’ve traveled often before, but this time I decided to take a risk. I didn’t regret it at all, the level of service surprised me, plus the fact that the rooms are completely new and the food is very decent. The treatment is excellent.
