What is so good about the Ambassador? 1.42 procedures, instead of 36.2. Procedures are suggested by the doctor, the patient chooses. 3. Procedures are provided 7 days a week from 7.00 to 19.00. 3. Robes and slippers are included. 4. Buffet, everything is delicious, varied. 5. Room cleaning is excellent, I don’t understand people who write the opposite. I don’t think that they wipe the dust at home every day. They vacuum and wash the plumbing, change their linen every three days. 6. The location of the hotel, if your feet don’t hurt, is wonderful. Close to the bus station, close restaurants where Czechs go, souvenir shops, supermarkets, etc. 7. Wonderful staff from reception to doctor. Sound insulation is good, especially considering that there is a night music club on the floor below. The music is audible, but not aggressively. Food: very good. If you come late, then there is no such assortment as at the beginning. But the rest can also be refreshed. There were always fresh fruits: citrus fruits, kiwi, plums, melon, apples, pears. And everything is fresh and ripe. Yogurt, cereal, dried fruits. Dessert. And, importantly, all food is prepared using the principles of healthy eating: low-fat, non-fried. Choice of side dish: if you want potatoes, if you want vegetables. Location of the sanatorium: 1.2 km to the springs. There and back respectively 2.5 km. If you walk three times a day, as recommended, then 7.5 km. Excellent physical activity. It’s just a pity that due to the schedule of procedures, it only worked twice.

After assigning the minimum procedures included in the package, paid ones begin to be imposed. Seeing a doctor is a different story altogether. I went with curiosity, for the first time to the vaunted overseas doctors. First, in the hallway, in front of everyone, she scolded me for being late. Later it turned out that the nurse had mixed up the time. The doctor apologized, but not in front of everyone. She was in a hurry and inattentive. The reception is purely formal. She complained about feeling unwell and probably high blood pressure, but the doctor responded by complaining about too many people (60 people) and the need to work on Sunday. I didn't measure my blood pressure. She complained of pain in the thoracic spine and wrist joints. For some reason, treatment (mud and electric) was prescribed for the lower back. I was also somewhat surprised by the randomness of the prescribed procedures. There is no concept of course treatment: when suitable procedures are selected and a course is prescribed. Everything was scheduled for two or three sessions. Of the three manual massage procedures (all three were performed by different specialists), Olin was carried out shockingly poorly. In the morning (it was Sunday) an engineer came, opened the technical hatch, and did something. Two hours later everything happened again. Panic seized me; I couldn’t stand another night like this. Contacted sanatoriums. To my honor, they reacted and called quickly. We will omit the tone in which the conversation was conducted with me; that was not important at that moment. They said that they would look into this issue and notify me in writing. That's all. As you understand, I did not receive any notification. I realized that I had to solve the issue myself, I found an engineer, took his contact information and phone number and contacted him directly. He, in turn, promised that at any time of the day, if there were problems, he would come and fix it. The next night there was no knocking, but... something broke in the climate control system and hissing sounds were heard from there all night. The sounds were not aggressive and the previous sleepless night took its toll; it did not interfere with sleep. Well, it should be noted for sensitive people that music from the nightclub, of course, can be heard. We refused to do any cleaning because it was done using products that smelled too much of bleach. Nutrition. If you like to eat, then you need to come when the restaurant opens, because by the end there is nothing left or replenished. There was one married couple who always argued about this. The waiters, seeing them, rushed to the scattered place so as not to communicate, but the man then went to the reception. Staff. Extremely unfriendly and impolite. But, walking around the city and then for three days in Prague, talking with local residents, it became clear that this was not the hotel’s problem. Such a national feature.

Before that, we were in sanatoriums Richmond (everything is excellent. but very far from the center of K.V.. where there are shops and bars) and in Smetana Vysehrad (no buffet). The Ambassador met all my criteria. I started monitoring prices and reviews about half a year ago. In at the end of November I caught the price of 1740 euros with three meals a day for 17 days. (Please note! Prices on the website are indicated in euros. Sanatoriums issue an invoice in Czech crowns at their rate + exchange rate difference at the bank. In total it turned out to be 1800 euros - because I need It was necessary to pay by bank card. And in the sanatorium they can also take payment in cash in euros. And exactly as much as indicated on the website.) I read all the reviews written by clients. Therefore, I knew all the pros and cons of the Ambassador in advance. Almost all reviews are true. are reliable and give you the opportunity to correct what many consider to be shortcomings. Well, for example: -thin pillows (although I was quite satisfied) - ask and they will give you additional ones. Or dust and garbage in the room - two words at the reception and the room is washed every day. (also with replacement of linen, bathrobes, towels, etc. .) In the dining room (yes, yes, after all, in the dining room, and not in the restaurant) there is not enough, let’s say, croissants - ask the cook and they will personally bring you some delicious food. As for food. For lunch and dinner there is always fish, meat, chicken. Sometimes it’s deliciously cooked, sometimes not. In 17 days everything gets boring. BUT! What saved the situation were simply awesome desserts (cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, picenies, etc. three times a day - and they never ran out). Believe me, this was not even close to happening either in Richmond or in Smetana. I won’t write about the treatment, medical staff, procedures, reception work. Everything is of a standard high level. Special thanks to the specialist with gas injections, Mrs. Marine, for her customer love. Special thanks to the chief reservations manager, Mrs. Maria Benakova, for the free room upgrade - room 309 Junior - just BOMB!
