We arrived in the morning at 11-00, we were immediately checked into our room, we didn’t have to wait until 14-00. Excellent room on the 2nd floor, quiet and peaceful. Cleaning was done regularly. Thank you very much to the workers. The attitude of the staff is beyond praise, especially the medical staff. The staff is polite, smiling, everyone speaks Russian. Special thanks to the nurses and masseuses for the pleasure we received from the treatment. Also a nice bonus was a free transfer from the airport and an excursion to Prague. The restaurant has a buffet, there was enough of everything. The dishes are dietary, very tasty soups, there were always pastries and desserts. The impressions from the holiday were the most wonderful. Next year we want to come again. I recommend the Ambassador Grand Hotel to everyone.

Everywhere is clean and tidy. Maybe the beginning of October is not yet the season for tourists, but we were almost always alone in the pool. You can calmly swim, go to saunas, and relax in the spa area. The medical staff cares about your comfort and health. Communication with a doctor is a pure formality. She does not give any recommendations or advice; she is not interested in extracts and analyzes from the medical record. 4. Nutrition. We took breakfast and dinner. Dinner was sometimes changed for lunch (no problems). The food is beyond praise. There are both dietary and regular dishes. Tasty and varied. No one will go hungry for sure. They gave fish, meat, and poultry. In two weeks the soups were not repeated even once! 5. There were only positive emotions left from the holiday. The hotel is decent. Karlovy Vary water really does some good, I don’t know for how long. So far a month has passed, everything is fine.
