The hotel is in an excellent location, about 10 minutes walk to the springs. The treatment is excellent, it helped, the pain has subsided (I have a problem with my entire spine). I don’t know how long the effectiveness of the treatment will last, it was my first time, but I know for sure that I will go again next year. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean and comfortable.

But everything is in order. Sanatoriums, as always, thank you very much, everything was clear and fast when booking. Check-in, room everything is fine. I would like to express my special gratitude to the head doctor, Larina Natalya, who listened to our problems and prescribed us procedures that really help us. I was very pleased with the fact that the massage therapist has changed and now Yaroslav and Katarina are not just stroking, but actually massaging. I would like to mention the girls and say thank you to them, this is from the physiotherapy room, unfortunately I don’t know the name, Rosa, who did the underwater massage, was also friendly and welcoming, thank you Rosa!!! for your sensitive and attentive attitude, for your professionalism, for your kindness and positive attitude towards recovery. Margarita, the young girl who distributes the procedures, is CLEAR, listens to our opinion, thank you for your attentive attitude and conscientious approach to your duties, but the older, dark one should learn from the young one, be more attentive, learn to say hello and also hear our wishes . Unfortunately, not all nurses have this attitude! I sincerely hope that these reviews, both positive and negative, will not go unnoticed. Because there is a great desire to come again. I would also like to mention the maids who created comfort and coziness in our rooms. Thank you!

This, of course, as I noted above, the nurse who distributed the procedures, who is older in age, should not raise her tone, but talk and hear us, this is about replacing the massage therapist Yana. Another imprint is that on January 25 (you can see who was working the shift), my husband and I went into the restaurant at 20 minutes past seven, and they told us that the restaurant was already closed and left us practically without dinner, although there were still people sitting in the restaurant. I think THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Another disadvantage is that the tables are placed so close to each other that it is difficult to walk with food to your table, is it really impossible to place them in 3 rows as before, because there is also an additional room. This is, I think, the wishes of many of the people we talked to. Well, the rest was all good
