We booked 2 visits to the doctor, but received only 1. Unfortunately, I was prescribed procedures that I did not need at all and brought absolutely nothing. None of the staff could do reflex foot massage, so they either replaced it or did it just anyone, completely unaware of what was what. The restaurant often had cold food, the dishes intended for it were not heated.

We have been to this hotel for the second time and want to come back next year. Everything is just great, the food has never been the same in 2 weeks, the room is very comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the treatment is very effective

The rooms are cleaned poorly and vacuumed very sparingly. For parking a car you need to pay 10 € per day, I’m wondering if you come to a hotel, then this should be included in the payment, no one talked about this or warned, for 2 nileli 240 € is a lot of money.

Apart from taking out the trash, nothing else was done in the room. The bathrobe is huge, the staff didn't want to change to the small one. The hygiene requirements in the room were missing despite the ample amount of items on the cleaning lady's cart. A weirdo lived with us the whole time.

My husband and I were in Karlovy Vary and Grand Hotel Ambassador for the first time, and we liked everything very much! I want to emphasize the professionalism of Dr. Natalia, a tactful, attentive and very pleasant person! The friendliness of the staff did not leave indifferent: nurses, waiters, maids! As well as a variety of delicious food, cleaning every day and many different medical procedures! And the whole atmosphere in the Grand Hotel just “pulls” you to come to the Ambassador again and again!

We stayed in this hotel for 12 days. As for the treatment, there were only advantages, we were satisfied. I highly recommend the reflex massage. The friendliness, professionalism of the treatment department. The doctor deserves only praise. We took tests and did an ECG, the doctor explained everything to us, explained everything, answered everything questions and made recommendations. Many thanks to her. But there are also disadvantages. The first is simply terrible cleaning. Both in the room and in the hotel itself, I just wonder who controls this? The hotel is 4 stars, the railings on the stairs are covered with a layer of dust, no one washes or vacuums the stairs themselves. Food it was not tasty, it was not prepared with soul. Requests were not fulfilled immediately, for example, I asked to bring an extra pillow, I waited 4 days. It’s still a pity, some people put their whole soul into their work, while others don’t give a damn.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The doctor is very responsible, caring and professional. The staff is very friendly and well-mannered. All around cleanliness and order. The food is beyond praise - for every taste, very varied. The restaurant's hours are convenient. The treatment is also varied - massages, baths, inhalations, wraps, acupuncture - gas injections, laser, electrotherapy, physiotherapy (special thanks to Mrs. Lucia - a highly professional in her field), oxygen treatment, lymphatic drainage. The building has a sauna, hammam, and swimming pool. There is also a concert hall where concerts are usually given of classical music. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the springs. The street is central, within walking distance of bars and shops. I really liked everything. Thank you very much to the sanatorium. We will come here.

1. The restaurant is very small, people had to eat on the balcony of the concert hall, it’s cold there. Dishes do not correspond to 4☆. About 2.5-3☆ Products are laid out very carelessly.2. Upon arrival, it turned out that almost all the procedures had already been distributed and we did not receive a single massage, which were reserved for people without a medical examination. All that was left were baths and paraffin.
