Only thanks to the guard who saw me in the cell, I spent the night under the roof. The customer service didn't even apologize until I demanded it. But that's not all. On the day of departure, I was promised a 50% discount on transfer to the airport as compensation, but a miracle did not happen and I waited at the reception from 6 in the morning until 8, and the driver never showed up. As a result, the administrator found me a driver, gave me 120 € in cash, and with great effort I went through the delayed departure procedure. This is how, friends, your vacation can be ruined from beginning to end, and then you will receive a dry reply that the driver is to blame. AND THAT'S ALL. For me, Sanatoriums no longer exist and I will not recommend them to anyone else.
