But everything regarding the Sanatoriums company is very bad. Next time I will order through another operator or directly. You will only get such a low level of service somewhere in Nigeria. Terrible service and disregard for the client. On the day of arrival, the driver dropped me off on a dark street in a completely wrong place, I didn’t understand for half an hour what to do and how to contact the support service, the time was 23.30. Only thanks to the guard who saw me in the cell, I spent the night under the roof. The customer service didn't even apologize until I demanded it. But that's not all. On the day of departure, I was promised a 50% discount on transfer to the airport as compensation, but a miracle did not happen and I waited at the reception from 6 in the morning until 8, and the driver never showed up. As a result, the administrator found me a driver, gave me 120 € in cash, and with great effort I went through the delayed departure procedure. This is how, friends, your vacation can be ruined from beginning to end, and then you will receive a dry reply that the driver is to blame. AND THAT'S ALL. A complete lack of desire to explain or resolve the situation, a rude attitude towards a Russian tourist, undisguised hostility. This has never happened anywhere else and at any level.

But the tourists - the patients - were upset. Is it really possible to walk around in such a beautiful place with such gloomy faces? People, smile more often. In the restaurant, after the third day of our good manners, everyone around also began to say hello and wish each other bon appetit. It’s strange that people from the post-Soviet space still need to be taught such banal things. Many pretended to be at least millionaires. People, you become your own obstacle with such sour faces.
