The milk is only cold, instead of cottage cheese there is some kind of sour cream with an incomprehensible taste. For lunch and dinner, everything prepared by the chefs is quite tasty, but the variety is very small. The hotel is poorly located, you can get to the city and the colonnade by cable car, bus or on foot, everything is very inconvenient. The funicular runs every 15-20 minutes, the bus every 30 minutes and stops a 15-minute walk from the sources. True, source No. 1 is right in the hotel, so in the morning, everyone is prescribed it without a choice, regardless of the diagnosis and indications. A very small range of treatments in the SPA, even compared to 4 stars in the city. I would especially like to note the New Year celebration, 500 euros for two and nothing special, the same cooks in the same kitchen, the same as always, the group is very mediocre even for the province. In general, in my opinion, the hotel decided to simply rob its guests. On the last day, at dinner, the waitress standing at the entrance decided to show off, she reprimanded me for my branded sweatpants (these are not sweatpants with outstretched knees, but Addidas trousers), standing in front of me in a stale apron and black jeans, this is like their dress code .
