My wife and I rested and received treatment from September 1 to September 18, 2015. The quality of treatment is very good, all the nurses are very attentive, upon arrival the hotel doctor examined me thoroughly. The rooms are wonderful and spacious. The food is varied. All the staff are wonderful, very tolerant of our requests. Especially smiling Martina on the trailer. And the location of the hotel is good. Not far from the colonnades, right in the center. Although it’s a bit on the mountain, what saves you is the elevator from the mountain straight to the colonnades.

The food for the first two days was not great, to put it mildly. Then the chef changed, and it became very tasty. The location of the hotel is generally convenient, except for people who find it difficult to walk uphill. (asthma. Problem with legs.) since you have to go uphill about a hundred and fifty meters from the elevator.

We vacationed in July 2015. I really liked it. We will come again if possible. Many thanks to the hotel staff. Location opposite the Geyser Colonnade. Located next to the walking area, but a little to the side, a quiet street without daily crowds of tourists. Bright rooms with large windows. Comfortable beds, good furniture, we had a room with a balcony with a great view of the city. Good treatment, attentive staff: doctor, nurses and waiters, reception staff, maids. Special thanks to Michel Bata for the reflex massage. The trail to the forest and mountains begins almost behind the hotel. The Carlsbad chamois is located directly above the hotel, accessible by stairs. During the 14 days of our stay, not a single dish was repeated in the hotel restaurant menu. Everything is delicious. The location is a little on the mountain, there is a climb up a fairly steep staircase, there is a gentler climb, and there is an elevator that takes you to the tower of Charles IV, which shortens the path somewhat. For us, this 250 m journey to the springs was not tiring. Lack of air conditioning. Lack of flowers on windows and balconies, as is customary in the Czech Republic. We felt a little sad for this lovely hotel, which is less decorated than the other buildings. Poor WiFi reception in the room

As for the treatment, it leaves much to be desired. The prescription of procedures is incompetent, they prescribe baths with carbon dioxide and immediately assign them to the pool, no break. The procedure involving breathing lasts only 20 minutes, no effect. Visiting the pool occurs only at the appointed time, this is inconvenient.

My husband and I really enjoyed everything. Good food, service, the hotel itself, very cozy and wonderful room.
