Сын получил один дополнительный массаж, от Вас мы получили благодарность на рецепции, исходя из этого мы были уверены что Вы довольны. Других жалоб не последовало. Врачи работают в санаториях для того, чтобы на основе диагноза назначать лечение клиентам.

There are also no complaints about the quality and range of food. The menu offers a varied selection. I think the men had enough of everything. And chopped vegetables are better than mixed salads. Maybe there wasn't enough fruit. This gap was filled by purchasing berries and fruits in nearby supermarkets. Inexpensive. The treatment is excellent, of course, gas injections are great. Karlovy Vary water is a miracle. I'm so used to it. For me personally, there was a swimming pool as a procedure more than 6 times. The attitude of the staff is good. Especially many thanks to Olechka from the reception. He will explain everything, give advice, with a smile. Monica, head waiter at a restaurant. A wonderful woman, very attentive and responsive. На просьбу клиентке принести больше черного хлеба, хлеб принесли. Последующие дни клиентке сервировали черный хлеб на стол. На завтраки клиентка приходила не всегда - это правда, добровольное решение гостей. Первые дни прибывания в отеле клиентка решала свои просьбы. Персонал который следит за посещаемостью пещеры так же занимается планировкой процедур и бассейном. В бассейне есть функция встречной волны, для активирование данный программы клиенты сами нажимая на кнопку могут включить или выключить. То что касается неполадок в номера ,клиенты сообщают на рецепцию необходимую информацию о неисправности предметов пользования. Мастер реагирует на информацию в тот же день и исправляет неполадки. Относительно сухого пайка, паек выдается с учетом того, что турист уезжает на день на экскурсионную поездку и соответственно этому паек содержит продукты которые можно вести с собой. Доктор с учетом кол-ва клиентов может принимать только в назначенное время
