But, unfortunately, there are also disadvantages to the Moskovsky Dvorik spa hotel. There were three of us colleagues from Almaty (Kazakhstan) and we were able to visit the sauna, steam room, and swimming pool only twice in the first days of our stay. (We were there for three weeks). The rest of the two weeks the pool was not open. It was sad for us. This is one of the main and leading procedures, and we did not have enough of it. After all, we are coming to you from far away, 6-7 thousand km away. It is advisable that the sanatorium have a nurse on duty. Some procedures stated in the general list on the website were not found. I had to make up for them in other sanatoriums for a fee. The hotel is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to go back there again!!!! Everything is so cozy, the atmosphere is like home, and the food is so delicious. Before my trip in May 2018, I did not encounter the best reviews and therefore I would like to recommend to all those who have doubts: you can safely book this hotel. The price-quality matches, there are some + , - , but the price is adequate! In 2017 we were at the Bristol Hotel, but the price was 1500 € higher! Cleaning and change of towels daily, bed linen once every 5 days, bathrobes and slippers provided! There were reviews that this is not the case, don’t believe it!Negatives

- booked a room for three 3 months in advance and were informed that such a room was not available on the day of arrival - which indicates a complete lack of planning or normal communication between this spa hotel and the sanatoriums website - booked through sanatoriums 17 procedures for each person for the period of stay with a sauna and a swimming pool separately and free of charge - when we checked in, we were given 11-12 procedures and told that the pool and sauna were included. As a result, we spent the first day of arrival arguing with the staff. In the end, we were provided with 17 procedures for which we paid. But for some reason they just frayed their nerves! - in the hotel-spa there is no head nurse who plans procedures and who can decide on the number of procedures - I had to go talk to the hotel director, which is strange, since she is not aware of the treatment and so on. - we ordered 17 procedures and the sanatoriums website did not say that they were somehow limited or limited. Upon arrival, we were informed that there could only be 2 massages per week, gas injections - also only 2, and so on. In short, the conditions on the site and the conditions in the hotel were completely different. - the pool and sauna were probably not cleaned by anyone for a week - since the same hair tie had been lying there for a whole week - my aunt’s room was covered in dust from a construction site nearby and she was moved into a room dirty with dust. when she was indignant, they did something bad, but it was superficial. - in my room with my mother, no one cleaned it over the weekend and no one replaced the toilet paper with new ones. - many devices in the pool and sauna are broken and do not function - many treatment services that are listed on the sanatorium website are completely absent - in the hotel all the lamps react to movement and turn off immediately if you just sit in the corridor and wait for your turn for the procedure. That is, we sat in complete darkness. - the currency exchange rate at the hotel was 50 basis points higher than in the city. I realized this after I paid and went out for a walk. In general, the feeling was that they were trying to save money on guests in every possible way and this was felt in everything. the staff is also quite rude - in response to our fair complaints about 11 procedures instead of the paid 17, the deputy director said if you don’t like something, you can check into another hotel... he immediately said, without any desire to listen and help solve the problem. В лечебную программу у нас входит 17 процедур в неделю, это не мало и традиционно для Карловых Вар. Газовые уколы входят в стоимость лечебного пакета, но если врач считает, что они вам могут навредить, то их не будет в программе. То же самое гидромассажные ванны входят в лечебный пакет. Обязательный прием у врача предусмотрен (один осмотр, в котором гость получает информацию по поводу путевого курса, а так же процедур ) и входит в стоимость лечебного пакета. Нам очень дороги наши гости и Вы должны понимать, что врач несет ответственность за Ваше состояние и не может предложить процедуры, которые могут навредить здоровью. Что касается минеральной воды, действительно, труба находится на профилактике, но скоро подача возобновиться, я думаю уже в следующем месяце. Здравствуйте, уважаемая Людмила! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, поясним некоторые моменты. В "Московском дворе" нет номеров одноместных площадью 10 кв.м., площадь таких номеров до 20 кв.м. Не совсем понятна ваша фраза "лечения почти никакого нет", в нашем отеле достаточно хорошее лечебно-оздоровительное отделение и весьма профессиональный и известный в Карловых Варах врач Дагмар Шпишакова. Лабораторные анализы в "Московском дворе" всегда были за дополнительную плату.
