The rooms are old. The sofa is broken. In two weeks, the bed linen was changed twice, the first time exactly a week later. Cleaning is just a song. The truth is very sad. We did not see the vacuum cleaner. A pair of slippers were not taken out of the packaging, so they were “confiscated” after 3 days. The massage is a pat on the butt. My granddaughter does better. This is my first time vacationing in Ostend, I read reviews before, but decided to take a risk. The location of the hotel is excellent, the windows overlook the courtyard, it was very quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and will help if necessary. I had a double room, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm, there was a refrigerator, it would have been great if there had been a kettle. The room is spacious, decorated in a classic style. The furniture is not old. Cleaning every day, change of towels too. Bed linen was changed once. There is a robe and slippers. The food is excellent, buffet breakfast (there is always hot food, lots of fruit!, porridge), lunch and dinner, custom menu - fish is available every day. Everything was very tasty, I liked that there was a large selection of fruits for breakfast and dinner. Regarding treatment, the doctor examined me the next day in the morning and prescribed procedures and water. Our recipes are not accepted in the Czech Republic, they have switched to an electronic system. However, they refused to prescribe us, the doctor sent us to the gastrocenter, it turned out there it was a paid service of 200 CZK per prescription. The pharmacy said that they write out prescriptions in hotels, but for some reason they don’t in Ostend. There are approximately 4 procedures per day from morning to 15-16 days. Works 2 people, a nurse and a massage therapist. The schedule is given two days in advance. Overall ok. The massage is good. There are gas injections, the only thing is to immediately discuss with your doctor where to give them. If a spin is indicated on the Card, then only the spin will be done. All the procedures described on the official website for body and beauty do not function, as I understand, there is no person to work on them. However, since November, the Hotel Ostend has entered into an agreement with the biologique recherche beauty salon. The hotel has different prices for procedures, and Diagnostics is free. We rested from November 4 to 14 in Kalovy Vary at the Ostend hotel, it’s convenient to book through the Sanatoriums website, because this site gives objective, professional information and what’s important is that you pay for the hotel upon arrival and the site’s transfer is convenient and the excursion to Prague with a professional guide was wonderful, and even as a gift from the site. The hotel is very conveniently located - springs, mountain trails, a geyser nearby. The hotel itself is clean, small, cozy, homely atmosphere - everyone knows each other, communicates, shares impressions, the room can not be locked, cleaning every day, bathrobes were changed 2 times in 10 days . The restaurant is small, cozy, there are no assigned seats, the food is fresh, breakfast is buffet, there was always enough food, a large selection of fruits, and what is important, they don’t force dinner, but you can choose lunch, it’s very convenient, in the evening we had dinner in different restaurants in the city, and the second moment - tea, water for lunch and dinner for free (although many hotels provide it for money). For lunch you choose a main course from the menu (4 options of dishes), we ordered fish - it’s always fresh, tasty and different!!! Often I didn’t even want to have dinner in the evening!!! The owner of the hotel, Mrs. Monika, always fulfills requests and wishes. The Doctor held a full appointment on the very first day of our arrival and made appointments on water and procedures professionally. And we were also given a two-room deluxe room on the 7th floor as a gift, although we booked a regular room for two, but since we indicated in the letter that we would only be satisfied with a room with twin beds, we were with a friend, such a room was not available and in the end we lived in better conditions for the same money!!! The hotel has its own treatment department and it is very convenient - you go down to the procedures in a robe, and there were 4 of them a day. I liked the gas injections, dry gas bag, mud procedures and massage, and Vitaly does it well and he helped me figure it out in many ways at first, thanks to him. and Valery does a very good massage. The water is really healing - I forgot about my stomach problems on the third day!!! Beauty around, cleanliness, mountains, nature, the Tepla River, clean air and water from the tap, we walked a lot along mountain paths, climbed the mountain in trailers and climbed the Diana Tower.... and what a beauty, an amazing panorama!!! !!!!!Negatives

For the first time I found myself in a hotel where the guest is greeted in an untidy lobby: tables are piled on top of each other near the stairs, chairs and plastic boxes are on top, the walls are shabby. You enter a large and once beautiful room and see tattered, stained walls, scratched and uncleaned furniture, a bed covered with a clean sheet with a large hole under the pillow. The maids speak neither Russian nor English, only Czech and have difficulty understanding the guest. The medical facilities are very scarce. In a word, this is not only not 4*, but also without * at all. Unfortunately, for the first time, the holiday was spoiled by the rudeness of the manager and the neglect of the hotel. Уважаемая госпожа Татьяна! Нам очень жаль, что Вам у нас не понравилось. Но что касается уборки, убирают каждый день, проблема возникла из-за того, что когда оставляете карточку "не беспокоить" на целый день, горничные в это время не могут убирать. А вечером очень сложно проводить уборку, пока вы на прогулке. У нас каждый день ведутся записи, где и когда было убрано, к сожалению в Вашей комнате почти каждый день висела табличка "не беспокоить". Что касается лечения и уколов, это правда, были очереди, поскольку мы как раз меняли персонал в этот период. Нам очень жаль что так произошло, все уже налажено так. как нужно, по часам, а уколы каждый день в течении всего дня, так то очереди уже нет. Надеемся увидеть Вас снова в нашем отеле
